I have been with Pawshake for a few years now, and I love meeting new furry friends. We recently moved to the Glebe, but I still sit for many wonderful pet families in the Chapel Hill area.

I offer a once-a-day service at the end of the afternoon, around 5:30 pm or so, but I'm available to go later at night if preferable. The price includes the care of up to three cats or other small pets.

Every visit from me means fresh water, new food (wet and/or dry as well as a good washing of bowls), litter cleaning (and a complete change of litter if I sit for more than five days), as well as lots of brushing and playtime. I also make sure there are no kitty surprises anywhere, and if so, I clean them up.

I can also administer all kinds of oral medication. For those who leave for extended periods, I'm happy to also water plants and take out the garbage on the proper day. I can also get the mail if necessary.

Pets seem to easily warm to me and I just love meeting new friends. Every visit lasts around 30 minutes and I always send a picture and an update with each visit. When updating, I make sure to include the particulars if I notice an odd behavior.
