Hello! I've been cat sitting for a long time but only recently discovered this website. I only catsit (sorry dogs, let's stay friends). After growing up with a cat, I catsitted 2 cats for 6 months when I arrived in Montreal (7 years ago), and since then I regularly keep cats for friends or the friends of my friends. Everybody says I should get a cat, but I like to be able to take off for the weekend sometimes without leaving a cat alone, so I figured cat sitting everybody else's cats was the closest thing to actually having one myself!
Your cat(s) won't feel lonely at all, since I work remotely (even outside of COVID lockdown periods). Being a project manager, I guess I'm quite organised so I'll make sure to send you regular updates! There is a little cushion near my desk so the cat can join my meetings, hang out with my coworkers digitally (and their pets!) and 100% steal the show!
I recommend that you stay for a minimum of 15 minutes when you drop off your cat at my place, so they're less impressed. If you have a cat scratcher, bringing it with you is a very good idea, as well as any toys or cushions that they use a lot.
At arrival, I let cats just access the living room for the first few hours, so they don't get overwhelmed. I give them room to come to me, it usually takes a few days until they get less shy, it's okay!
I have a large 4 1/2 so I can host up to 3 cats (only from the same owner) at the same time.
Let me know if you'd like to visit before the catsitting, this is totally understandable (Virtual visit is possible too if it's easier for you). I have a short questionnaire about your cat that I can fill in during the visit. I like to know what time you usually feed them, if they like to play and how, if they are used to sleep in your room or not, if they are allowed to climb on furniture or not, so I don't modify any education you've done :D
Remboursement intégral en cas d'annulation avant midi la veille du début de la réservation, remboursement de 50% si l'annulation survient après cette échéance.

Bianca a passé un excellent séjour ! Nous avons reçu des nouvelles tous les jours, ce qui était vraiment rassurant. Lucie était très attentionnée avec Bianca et a tout mis en œuvre pour qu’elle soit à l’aise. Je pense que notre chat a passé d’aussi bonnes vacances que nous. Je recommande Lucie à 200%
