Hi there!

I'm Laura and I live with my partner Marshall and our dog Jedi in East Van. We love dogs and have lots of cuddles to give! Your furry best friend will be well cared for, loved like our own, and in 24/7 company. 

We're experienced dog sitters. Both of us grew up with dogs, trained them, and have dog-sat for friends and family in the past.

I used to take Jedi to my dog-friendly office, but since being fully remote, I can tell that he misses his doggy friends throughout the day. This is a part of the reason I'd love to care for your dog.  

Jedi is a Pug X Aussie who we adopted when he was just a puppy, 9 years ago. He is very well-trained, well-mannered, and sweet. He loves other dogs and is happy to share his space with other fur-iends, big or small. We would introduce them outside in a neutral space before bringing your dog into our home. 

We're a professional, working couple. I work from home as a Marketing Manager so my flexible schedule will allow me to care for your dog throughout the day. 

There are lots of parks nearby. It's a short drive to dog parks and beaches and I don't mind taking your dog in the car with me. We live in a beautiful neighbourhood with lots of grass and trees for all the sniffing! 

I typically walk Jedi 2-3 times per day, with one longer, 30+ minutes walk in the morning, after breakfast. We have playtime in the evening before and after dinner, where we usually try to have some mental stimulation through training or fun activities like an obstacle course or scavenger hunt! And cuddles, pets and scratches throughout the day. This schedule is easily adaptable to your dog's needs. I'm happy to follow your instructions and preferences.  

We are only allowed 2 dogs in our home, meaning I can only take one additional dog. If you have more than one dog, I'm happy to discuss alternate options, like home visits. 

I'm able to give medicine and take your pet to any appointments as well. Please let me know if they require any special treatment so I can prepare. 

Both Marshall and I enjoy training and would be happy to practice with your dog if you want.
