Hi,
My names Tony, I’m from England and moved here to Montreal’s south shore in December 2016 to be with my now wife Julie, we have both had dogs for most of our lives and enjoy everything about looking after our fur baby’s, along with friends dogs that have stayed with us in the past, it has been said that I’m a bit of a dog (animal) whisperer 😂,
We do have 2 dogs of our own (Miki & Annie) Miki who is a black lab mix that Julie has had since a puppie, and Annie who is a 5 (ish) year old is a chihuahua we got from a rescue a in June 2020, both are very easy going dogs and generally get along with other dogs,
Both Julie and I are at home all day as Julie is self employed and works from home and has lots of free time and I’m retired so If you leave you’re dog with us they will never be left alone so you can be assured you’re fur baby will get lots of care, cuddles and attention from both of us during the day/night for their stay with us,
We live in a house that has 3 floors so there’s plenty of space inside for the dogs to explore when inside, we have dog beds on all floors so wherever they choose to sleep they will be comfortable, plus Miki has toys all over the house so plenty of stuff to play with as well. If you’re dog would prefer to sleep in our room that’s also not a problem and we will just move a bed in for them,
We do have a back yard which isn’t fenced but is a protected green space so plenty of walking trails around our house/area. we also make use of the local area for plenty of walks around our home & the local parks & quiet roads.
Regarding walks, we generally walk Miki & Annie 3 times a day but happy to walk more if you have an energetic dog that requires more activity, we have quiet streets around us and also plenty of green spaces/parks as mentioned already that our dogs loves to visit during their walks. We also really enjoy walking ourselves so during the spring/summer/autumn months we tend to drive to a few bigger parks in the area to explore which They love,
As for food/snacks, regarding food I think it’s best if you will be needing your dog fed then you should bring their normal food along with them but we do have a few treats for during the day if they are ok with treats, we will always take the advise of the owner regarding giving treats etc,
Regarding fees, an overnight stay with us is for up to a 24hr period, a day visit is up to 10hrs, so as an example if you’d like to drop you’re dog off at say 8am on a Monday but only pick up at 5pm on the Tuesday then you would need to book an over night and a day visit, this will only apply to bookings under a 5 day/night period, our standard opening hours are between 8am & 6pm, for booking over 5 days you can drop off & pick up when you want (between 8am-6pm) pick ups after 6pm are potentially possible but subject to an additional charge!
I only speak English but Julie also speaks French so if your preference is to speak French feel free to do so,
Please feel free to contact me should you have any questions regarding your requirements,
* please note until further notice we will only be willing to look after one dog per client booking*

Stella had a fabulous stay like usual. She gets to take a holiday at Tony's when I go away!
Stella had a great time again staying with Tony. She even slept together in their little dogs bed with her. I felt great leaving her there knowing that she too was having a fun vacation!
