Hi there,
Looking to mind and play with cats and dogs on the weekends! I am a young professional working downtown. I have moved over from Ireland two and a half years ago and miss my dog Taz back home! I live in Kitsilano and love going running and hiking on the weekends! Living in Kitsilano has made me miss my dog Taz even more as there are so many beautiful dogs around!!
About Me
I live close to Kitsilano beach and Jericho beach making it the ideal spot for walks! The park down at Jericho beach is also a wonderful spot for walks!
I love animals and have always had a pet growing up. I have always looked after friends pets and neighbours pets when they go on holidays so I have lots of experience. I am flexible when it comes to bookings if you have any questions feel free to ask me! I work 9-5 downtown during the week so am free all evenings and weekends for any walking or doggysitting services! I'm available for long weekends too! When your dog/ cat stays with me I will be sure to provide photos, texts and updates of your pets stay with me!
What I provide
My services include dog walking, dog minding on evenings during the week and dog sitting/ overnight stays for your pet on weekends. I am happy to keep your dog or cat overnight in my apartment on weekends. I am happy to walk your dog for 1 hour during weekday evenings. On the weekends I am available for longer walks around 2 hours depending on your dogs needs.
During the week I work 9-5 so am available from 6-10pm in the evenings for dog sitting, dog walking/ minding or cat minding.
I am available on weekends and long weekends as I usually stay local so am free all weekend to provide doggy day care services and overnight stays for your pet. I live in a spacious 1 bedroom apartment with my boyfriend in Kitsilano and both of us love animals so on weekends we can provide constant attention to your dog/ cat, bring your dog on walks- however long you require. Feed them, administer any oral medication if required and they can sleep in our open floor living room. We have a huge comfy couch or we can use your dog's cushion whatever you require.
We have a small balcony where your pet can explore but as we live so close to Kits and Jericho beach we would spend most of the time outdoors, walking, playing etc.!

Aoife (and Gary) are excellent cat sitters! She took care of our two cats in her home for just over 2 weeks, we got frequent updates and great photos. We were able to enjoy our trip knowing the cats were being well looked after. We would not hesitate to book Aoife to take care of our cats again.
