I have been a dog lover all of my life. I always had a family dog growing up and I had 3 Shitzus for my kids and myself! I have been a dog sitter in the past for 3 years until my last dog passed away and my heart was broken. I decided to take a break for a while but my house just doesn't feel like a home without a dog in it! I do see myself getting another dog someday but I'm just not ready yet so I would love to spend time and spoil other peoples dogs.

Dogs are always treated like gold in my house. My daughters always tease me that the dogs are treated better than them. Dogs are innocent and give us unconditional love. I believe they deserve the best life we can give them.

I work full time days Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and come home for my lunch hour to check and let the dogs out. I'm home all evenings and weekends. I have a roommate right now that also loves dogs . She works some days and nights so she will be home sometimes when I'm at work. All dogs have the run of my place and are allowed on the furniture and my bed unless they normally sleep in a kennel or a bed of their own on the floor. I have experience with administrating medications and lots of different types of food. I have also taken care of a lot of senior dogs.

I live in a townhouse and have a smaller yard so I prefer to take smaller dogs. I also have found that smaller dogs are usually afraid of bigger ones when you mix the two. I only take vaccinated and neutered dogs. Unfortunately I'am very allergic to cats.

I have a large field right by my place that is perfect for going on walks. I take the dogs for a walk at least once a day!
