Throughout my childhood and adult life my wife and I have shared our homes with many dogs. Our last dog was a much loved companion and part of our family for 17 years.
At present I am running my own consultancy business from a home office.
My wife has worked from home for many years. As we missed having a dog around and in our current position, we thought that becoming a pet sitter would give us an opportunity to have a dog (or dogs) in the house again.
We usually only take one dog at a time, but have made exceptions to this if the dogs come from the same family.
On a stay with us your pet can run and play in the large fenced back yard throughout the day and evening, and will have company 24/7.
They will be taken on at least two long walks per day, (usually about an hour) and a short walk just before bed time.
We do not own or use kennels. If your dog uses a crate to sleep at night that is not a issue.
We want them to be relaxed and comfortable as they are part of the family when they visit.

I left my pup for a week at Grahams when I went away and it was the first time I was gone from her that long. She is very anxious and scared most of the time but Graham was very gentle and patient with her. Him and his wife were very attentive to her needs and let her come to them on her own time. Graham sent pictures, which I enjoyed seeing.It was a very good experience for both me and my dog. I would recommend him any time, you won’t be disappointed.
My dog is scared of everything especially new people and Graham did everything so calmly and perfect that by the second visit my dog was willing to stay. He is very attentive to my dogs needs that when I will be leaving my dog there for a week I know she will be in good hands and I can enjoy my vacation.
