Bonjour !

Je m'appelle Claire et je suis une personne active, sociable et enjouée. La présence des animaux est très importante dans ma vie, en effet, ils sont pour moi une source de joie lors des jeux et des balades et d'apaisement pendant les moments siestes et câlins. Étant trop souvent en voyage pour adopter un animal dans l'immédiat, être gardienne est pour moi la façon idéale de passer du temps en compagnie d'animaux. Le bien-être animal m'importe beaucoup, et je ferai toujours de mon mieux pour que votre chien, chat ou autre petit compagnon, se sente à l'aise et heureux durant votre absence :) 

Pour me présenter briévement, je suis passionnée par le plein air - notamment la randonnée et le ski alpin - la lecture, le yoga, la cuinise et surtout les voyages - la découverte de différents modes de vie, culture et gastronomie me fascine. 

J'ai commencé le petsitting en gardant les animaux de mes amis pendant leurs vacances lorsque j'étais étudiante, et j'ai ensuite profité de mes différents voyages à l'étranger pour faire du gardiennage d'animaux dans différents pays, notamment en Australie où j'ai gardé à plusieurs reprises des chiens au domicile de leur propriétaire durant leur absence et offrait des services de promenades et de visites à domicile. De retour à Montréal, j'ai décidé de continuer l'expérience en m'inscrivant sur pawshake et je garde un très beau souvenir de tous les animaux que j'ai pu garder ou promener !

Je vis avec mon conjoint (un vrai petlover aussi comme vous pouvez le voir sur les photos !) dans un appartement de 750 pieds carrés. Nous travaillons dans la restauration et n'avons pas les mêmes horaires, votre chat ne sera donc pas souvent seul lorsqu'il sera gardé chez nous :) Nous adorons passer du temps à jouer avec eux et à les câliner. 

Voici les services que je propose : 

- Gardiennage à mon domicile (chats uniquement, les chiens n'étant malheureusement pas acceptés sur mon bail)

- Promenades d'une heure ou plus (à définir avec vous selon les besoins de votre / vos chiens)

- Visites à domicile d'une heure ou plus. 

- Gardiennage de maison : je peux rester à votre domicile durant votre absence pendant quinze jours maximum. Il me fera plaisir d'arroser vos plantes, m'occuper de l'entretien général de votre logement et de rentrer le courrier si besoin. Je veillerai au bien être de votre / vos animaux de compagnies et vous enverrai des nouvelles par message, des photos et des vidéos sur une base quotidienne. Je prendrai soin de votre logement comme s'il était le mien, et veillerai toujours à bien fermer à clé quand je m'absenterai. 

Je peux administrer des médicaments par voie orale à des chats. Je suis disponible à tout moment de la journée.

My name is Claire, I'm an active, sociable and happy person, freshly arrived in Montreal with a permanent residency. Being surrounded by pets is very important for me, indeed, they represent a source of joy while playing and walking and a source of appeasement while hugging and napping together. I can't adopt an animal right now, so being a guardian is the perfect way for me to spend time with your animals. The animal well-being matters a lot for me, and I'll always do my best so your pet feel comfortable and happy with me.

To introduce myself briefly, I'm passionated with outdoor activities -especially hiking and skiing - reading, yoga, cooking and mainly travelling - I'm fascinated by discovering new lifestyle, culture and gastronomy.

I experienced guarding pets during my different travels, especially in Australia where I was homesitting and petsitting multiple times. I also offered my services for walking dogs and visiting dogs and cats are their home while the owner was working or away. I always enjoyed these experiences and they went great. I hope I'll be able to renew this kind of experience soon with you and your furry friend :) 

I started petsitting my friends' pet when I was a student, and I when decided to offer petsitting services while I was travelling, especially in Australia where I was homesitting and petsitting multiple times. I also offered my services for walking dogs and visiting dogs and cats are their home while the owner was working or away. I decided to continue petsitting when I came back to Montreal and I keep only very beautiful memories of every pet I kept or walked so far :)

I live with my boyfriend (a true petlover too as you can see on the photos !) in a 750 square feet apartment. We both work in the food industry and don't have the same schedule, your cat won't be often left alone when he will be at our place :) We love spending time playing with them and petting them.

Here are the different services I offer : 

- Keeping your animals at my place (cats only, dogs are unfortunately not allowed on my lease)

- Walking your dogs : one hour or more depending of your pet's need. 

- Visiting your animal at your place : one hour or more if needed.

- Homesitting : I can stay at your place for a duration of fifteen days maximum. I would be pleased to water your plants, taking care of the cleaning of your home and take your mail from the mailbox. I'll ensure that your pets feel comfortable and happy all the time, and I will send you some news, photos and videos from them on a daily basis. I will take care of your home as if it would be mine, and will ensure to always lock the doors when I'll leave it. 

I can give oral medicine to cats and I'm available most of the time (morning, afternoon and evening) at the moment.
