Jaya

Jaya is a marble brown Bengal kitty rescued in the Himalayas, India.

He has some trouble walking because his back left leg the bone is out of the hip socket. He has grown strong and the body supports him; surgery would not have been advantageous when he was a kitten.

Also, he has a neurological disorder which makes him have episodes several times a day. During the episode he will be unable to walk and appear as though he is out of sorts with a sort of paralysis. He needs to be comforted at that time and protected so I place him in the crate until he appears better.

Jaya is a very sweet and gentle boy, very affectionate. He loves to talk, has a good appetite and loves to play rough with his brother Taraka.

Jaya was neutered in January and is not taking any medications. He was born in May 2019 and found alone by a river stuck in some large rocks when he was around 3 weeks old.
