"We entrusted our dog Mérida to Alejandra and her partner for a three-week boarding, and we were really satisfied with their service. They exceeded our expectations as caretakers.
Since it was Mérida's first time spending time with strangers, we were a bit worried, but they created a warm and secure environment for Mérida.
Throughout the boarding period, they were incredibly attentive to Mérida. They sent us regular updates, keeping us informed about her well-being and daily activities. They made sure she received enough exercise and attention.
We were pleasantly surprised to see how quickly Mérida adapted to his new environment, a testament to the care and attention Alejandra provided.

Dés la première seconde mes chatons se sont sentis chez eux, surtout Rum, un petit gars à l’énergie très débordante et ma petite Jin toute timide qui a pris ses repères grâce à la douceur et à la patience de Melissa et Andy.

"Il n’y a pas assez d’étoile pour noter cet excellente gardienne et le très bon service. Anne-Sophie est une gardienne très attentionnée et affectueuse. Je lui ai laissé mon chien pour un voyage hors Canada et chaque jour je recevais un message avec des photos et vidéo. "Valerie is simply the best. She took incredible care of our cat for the 2 weeks we were away. She was an excellent communicator both during the planning stages before the booking and during care. She asked all the right questions to make sure that our cat felt as comfortable as possible with her during his stay. It is obvious that she loves cats and understands their needs and behaviours well. We would absolutely entrust her with the care of our pet in the future. If I could give her 10 stars, I would!"

"Annie was incredible!
Excellent communication and daily photos of the cat. With him there were other cats and she did a great job of insertion (she sent me some photos of the various cats playing together).
Unfortunately, my cat was sick for a few days and Annie was very quick to take him to the vet, to follow the whole procedure in my place and to give him the care he needed.
At the time of saying goodbye I saw how much my cat was fond of her. Absolutely a trustworthy person to whom I will definitely entrust my cat in the future.

"Mégane s’est occupée de mon beagle pendant une dizaine de jours, elle m’a régulièrement envoyé des photos d’Ollie qui avait l’air d’être à l’aise et heureuse. Elle lui a même offert une friandise pour fêter Noël! J’ai bien aimé le fait qu’elle ait un chien parce qu’Ollie est anxieuse et elle est rassurée auprès d’un autre chien. Je la recommande ! "

"Tellement contente d'avoir trouvé Héloïse et Dan pour s'occuper de mon petit bébé pendant 20 jours ! Ils ont été d'une patience extrême pour lui laisser le temps de s'acclimater au changement de maison. Ils connaissent très bien les animaux et ça se ressent ! Après seulement quelques jours, Diddy se sentait déjà parfaitement à l'aise avec eux. J'ai eu des nouvelles très régulièrement de leurs séances de jeu et de câlins et j'étais très rassurée de voir mon petit chat très heureux. Si bien que Diddy ne voulait même plus rentrer quand je suis allée le récupérer. Je referais appel à eux sans aucune hésitation pour mes prochaines absences. Encore un grand merci à vous !! "
