"Luisa is an excellent sitter and took great care of our two cats while we were on vacation. She made sure that our fur babies were healthy and happy, and was very conscientious about their care- taking care of their food, water, litters and petting and playtime. Our cats took to her very quickly and we know her visits made them feel so much better.

"When my partner and I made a decision to get a cat sitter we did not know what to expect and we were scared of finding someone who would not be a good fit. We met with a few cat sitters and after meeting with Angie we knew she was the right person right away. We made a great decision and we had peace on mind throughout the whole vacation. Angie made us and our kitties feel very comfortable. She did not rush anything and took her time to do everything properly with a lot of care for small details. "Where do I even begin? I have had quite a few pet sitters from Pawshake both in Berlin and Vancouver but no one compares to Daniela. She is super warm and friendly and communication with her was a breeze. She respected all our wishes and sent us cute gifs and videos of our cat twice a day and even did a nice drawing of our cat. She really cares about animals and my cat looked so relaxed and happy and well cared for in all the videos which is always reassuring when you leave your fur babies. Most importantly: our cat was in a great mental space when we came back and that's more than I could ever ask for. Thank you Daniela and can't wait to have you take care of Fellini again!"

"I am a first time cat owner. My 2yo rescue cats are very shy/nervous around new people. I thought I need to get them used to strangers, so when I go out of town/country, they can survive! I was very fortunate to find Shiori. She is very caring & experienced cat sitter. She knows what to do/not-to-do with shy cats. She comes to see my cats when I am at work for now. My cats are still shy, but think getting better (recover from shock quicker 😅 now). I feel better now knowing I have someone I can ask to look after my cats🙂. "Easily the best cat sitter I've ever had. Tomoko was thoughtful and thorough, sent excellent photos every day, and was an absolutely lovely person to work with. "Kayla was an amazing sitter for our 2 cats. This was our first experience using a sitting service and we were very lucky to find the perfect person. Kayla has a natural connection to animals, ours we’re comfortable with her immediately. I highly recommend her as the best choice for your fur babies. She truly cares. She took the time to come over so Peek & Boo would know her. She was very personable and genuine. She asked all the right questions to ensure they would be comfortable and not feel anxious or have routines disturbed if that was an issue. She has a lot of experience caring for animals with health issues which is reassuring in case anything were to happen. During our trip she sent updates & pictures after each visit. It was nice to see that they were happy and that she took the time to play and cuddle with them. Kayla took in all that was discussed at the pre trip visit to give our boys exactly the type of time and attention they love. Was very impressed with her communication and commitment.
