Hi there!
We are Nicholas and Paulinka - a pair of fun, animal loving, young adults, living in North York.
We've both grown up around loads of animals of every kind and would love nothing more than to take perfect care of your loved ones, whilst you go on vacation, or for a weekend away! We both have experience with animals, big, small and of every description and personality type, having both grown up with dogs, cats, parrots, fish etc.
The opportunity to take care of other peoples pets is a heaven send for us, as we would love nothing more than a pet of our own. The two of us have differing work schedules and as a result, there will always be someone at home to take care of our esteemed guests.
Both of us are very active people and taking your furry friends for walks/runs and playing will be a 2-3 times a day routine - which we will love as much as they do! Between walks and play time, your pets will be showered with love and affection, by both of us consistently.
We have a massive lawn/courtyard in-front of our building. The property is also very pet friendly and is only a 2 minute walk away from Moccasin trail park, where I go for daily runs. The park has huge lawns and trails, that go off into the forest and down around some streams. Walk times will range from 1 - 2 hours a day, at the park, at least once every day.
The apartment has a large and spacious living room, as well as a balcony (with large tempered glass railings). There is plenty of room for pets to roam and chillout, in a safe and friendly environment. We can accept 2 pets, as a maximum per night.
We can administer any medication necessary on a daily basis and will provide daily updates and photos of your pets during their stay with us. The apartment is always kept clean and tidy, but your pets will still be allowed on the couch and bed (only if they are allowed at home of course!). We have a special doggie bed just for our guests, but they are welcome to sleep wherever they wish.
Please make sure to provide your own food and regular walk/play and feeding schedules, so we can make them feel right at home. Please also bring any favorite blankets, toys, treats etc. To make them feel as comfortable as possible.

Paulinka was an excellent dog sitter. I saw an instant bond when I dropped off my dog. Paulinka replied with photos and comments when I reached out during the stay. When my dog got sick, she followed the plan I had laid out and did everything exactly, so I didn't worry at all. Both Pauline and Nicholas communicated in a very timely matter through the booking process and the stay. I would definitely book with the, again!!!
Nicholas and Paulinka were the best hosts to my puppy, Fleetwood. As it was my 7-mont-old dog's first time away from home, they were patient and understanding with him, and made sure to make him feel comfortable. They also sent a picture of him everyday to make us, pet parents, feel at ease.
I definitely recommend Nicholas and Paulinka and will for sure book them again. Contrary to a pet hotel, your dog here will get all the love they can get and personalized attention.
