Who am I?

My name is Marisol and I'm a 45 year old animal lover that recently decided to take time off of the corporate world and my professional career to pursue happiness.

To me, happiness has always involved animals, I've never met an animal i didn't love. Like ever. I'm passionate about animal welfare , I do volunteer work for animal shelters, I've taken several group and private dog training courses and I've had animals all my life (cats, dogs, birds, rodents, fish) and if it was up to me alone, I'd have a pet pig sitting next to me as I write this profile blurb. But i don't. Which is OK since I have a cat sleeping on my laptop case and a dog lying on my feet (love them both but one day I'll also have a pig. And a capybara too).

What's my deal?

So now that I'm no longer rushing to meet deadlines, working all day every day except for long awaited weekends, I now have time to do something I love to do, take care of animals (walk em, cuddle em, feed em, love em). So I decided I was going to help people whilst catering to my passion, animals.

Why me?

There are many traits to look for in a pet careviger, but after searching for my own pet sitter for Monster, my standard poodle, I realized that what I most needed was for that person to be RELIABLE, RESPONSIBLE & PROFESSIONAL.

Yes I want them to love my pets, of course, that's important too but, I also want someone who is a clear communicator, someone who is honest, someone who understands mine and my pets needs, someone mature, someone dependable, someone who cares.

I'm all those things. Probably cause i'm middle aged and have high standards myself but regardless, bottom line you and your pet can count on me!

What can I do?

I will be happy to take your dog on long walks, 30min/1hr to be discussed as per pets needs. I'm mostly available during the day (8h-18h) weekdays and some evenings and weekends.

I'm also happy to do home drop ins for any animal in need: cats, reptiles, birds, rodents any animal really. Also, if your dog is hypoallergenic (family member allergic to dogs/cats, so sad) I could even offer daycare services during weekdays.

Oh, and I'll also give him/her lotsa LOVE through petting, cudding, playing or even just chillin.

Finally..

I'm available for a meet and greet at your convenience and if we feel we're all a good match I'd be most happy to take care of your pet when you can't so you and your pet (and me too)
