Hello! I'm currently taking requests for anywhere nearby the Expo line, or near New West station by public transit :) I have many years of experience caring for animals, including while working at a veterinary clinic as a vet assistant and caring for my own pets, as well as friends and families. I was born into a cat loving family, and had 6 cats (and a snake) throughout my childhood, and have had two of my own since moving to Vancouver! I volunteered at a clinic, during which I gained enough skills to later be promoted to a vet assistant. During my time at the Calgary Cat Clinic, I became familiar with giving many types of medication. One of my cats also had diabetes, so I'm extra experienced with doing insulin injections for many years.

I offer dog walks (30-40 minutes/walk) (or $25 for 1hr) and home visits where I can feed them, scoop the litter, give any meds, spend some quality time with your pet (at least 30 min but can bring my laptop to work from home during longer visits!), and even water any plants you might need taken care of. I recently completed a BSc at UBC in biochemistry and currently am working from home doing research on mental health and substance use. Working from home allows my schedule to be fairly flexible for times of home visits as well.

I know how stressful it can be to worry about your baby back at home, so I'm all for keeping you updated with daily messages, pictures, videos, whatever will make you at ease!

I live near the New West Skytrain station, so any locations along the train or nearby by bus are easy for me to get to. As you can probably tell from my profile, I have the most experience with cats, dogs and snakes, but I'm happy and excited to learn about any other animals you might have!
