Hello, my name is Sheena, I am a student at SFU (Simon Fraser University) looking to spend time with dogs.

I am Taiwanese who lived in Bangkok, Thailand. I have just moved to Vancouver to continue my studies at SFU. I speak English, Mandarin, and Thai. I am a quiet (yet sociable) individual who enjoys helping out others. I am also an active person who enjoys going on walks/runs. I am responsible, trustworthy, and respectful of boundaries.

Also... I love all dogs (big, small, active, homebodies, etc.)!

I would dog sit for you, as I am a long ways from 'home' and I will miss having the companionship of my own dogs around. I would love to help out in the community where I can.

Rest assured, you can trust me to be committed to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of each and every dog under my care. I will always honor your instructions and will greet your dog(s) with love and respect on each visit.

My experiences have included feeding, walking, bathing, and administering medications when required/needed. I am a quick learner and understand each lovely dog is unique with their own personality. Furthermore, please communicate if there are specific needs (such as medications) and preferences so that all can be considered and prepared for.

While I may not have extensive professional dog sitting experience, I understand the importance of creating a safe and comfortable environment for furry companions.

I accommodate services such as:

'Home Sitting' — I will provide all the necessaries (such as feeding, bathroom breaks, and play/down time) while caring for your dog(s). Depending on the day, I may be doing some school work (only when there is down time).

'Dog Walking' — Walks can range from 30 minutes to 1 hour. I aim to walk in areas with greener patches when possible. Nonetheless, walks are altered to the needs of the dog(s) and the weather.

'Home Visits'. — Visits can be up to 30 minutes depending on the needs of the dog(s) and requests of the owner(s). Typical visits involve feeding, bathroom breaks, and a bit of companionship time (aka play time).

* Note:

For 'Home sitting' and 'Home Visits' I can provide the option to bathe your dog, given that your dog is not aggressive, and the owner(s) can provide the equipment needed (shampoo, towel, hair dryer). If not, the offer can still be considered through further communication.

I have a fairly flexible schedule for a university student, having most days of the week free.

Additionally, for your information, I do not own a private vehicle but I will travel (a reasonable distance) by public transportation or biking.
