"Where do I even begin? I have had quite a few pet sitters from Pawshake both in Berlin and Vancouver but no one compares to Daniela. She is super warm and friendly and communication with her was a breeze. She respected all our wishes and sent us cute gifs and videos of our cat twice a day and even did a nice drawing of our cat. She really cares about animals and my cat looked so relaxed and happy and well cared for in all the videos which is always reassuring when you leave your fur babies. Most importantly: our cat was in a great mental space when we came back and that's more than I could ever ask for. Thank you Daniela and can't wait to have you take care of Fellini again!"

"Kateryna was absolutely fantastic with our cat, we are always nervous to leave him alone but Kateryna took fantastic care of him. He warmed right up to her and sat on her lap. "Honestly, Jody was our dream cat sitter. She clearly loves what she does and treats your little buddy like they’re her own. She’s incredibly professional, both during the pre-trip meet and greet and while you are away. She came by, listened and made thorough notes about our guy’s needs and likes (and he clearly liked her right away). She sent detailed messages with lots of excellent photos and a few videos while we were away. We were so relieved to know he was doing well and he was clearly enjoying his Jody visits. This was our first time leaving for more than a day trip since we adopted our cat a few months back, so we were very grateful to see him snuggling and playing and not being sad and mopey. Not only that, but she sent us updates about the temperature of our apartment and if any packages arrived while we were out. All in all, I felt like both our cat and our place were in excellent hands while we were away. I feel better about booking trips away in the future as I know I’ve now found a great professional sitter that our little guys clearly loves. We’ll be using Jody’s services in the future again for sure! Thank you so much, Jody! "

"Luisa is an excellent sitter and took great care of our two cats while we were on vacation. She made sure that our fur babies were healthy and happy, and was very conscientious about their care- taking care of their food, water, litters and petting and playtime. Our cats took to her very quickly and we know her visits made them feel so much better.

"Natalia did a wonderful job taking care of our cat while we were on vacation. She was very communicative, thoughtful and kind. Our cat can be a bit weary of strangers, but Natalia was patient and helped him to slowly get more comfortable with her.
