"This was our very first time using a cat sitter, and we honestly couldn’t be happier. From the very first meet-and-greet, the way Jenina greeted and interacted with our cats immediately gave us so much trust and reassurance.
At every visit, she wrote such detailed and thoughtful reports and always sent plenty of photos, which really helped us understand how our cats were doing each day. Knowing their mood, behavior, and overall condition made us feel completely at ease while we were away.
We were beyond satisfied and would recommend Jenina to anyone without hesitation. Truly, meeting her feels like one of our life’s lucky moments. We’re so grateful to have found someone who cared for our cats as if they were her own.

"Corey was a wonderful sitter. She cared for our two cats, one of whom has diabetes, over a weekend. She fed them, provided fresh water, cleaned the litter, administered insulin injections, and even took a parcel inside for us. She took the time to send us photos the first evening and was responsive in all communications. Highly recommended for a reliable pet sitter :)"

"Honestly, Jody was our dream cat sitter. She clearly loves what she does and treats your little buddy like they’re her own. She’s incredibly professional, both during the pre-trip meet and greet and while you are away. She came by, listened and made thorough notes about our guy’s needs and likes (and he clearly liked her right away). She sent detailed messages with lots of excellent photos and a few videos while we were away. We were so relieved to know he was doing well and he was clearly enjoying his Jody visits. This was our first time leaving for more than a day trip since we adopted our cat a few months back, so we were very grateful to see him snuggling and playing and not being sad and mopey. Not only that, but she sent us updates about the temperature of our apartment and if any packages arrived while we were out. All in all, I felt like both our cat and our place were in excellent hands while we were away. I feel better about booking trips away in the future as I know I’ve now found a great professional sitter that our little guys clearly loves. "Luna is the definition of a "scaredy-cat." She is uneasy around strangers, especially men - and takes a long time to warm up to people. She was the main reason why my family was hesitant to even travel, because we worried about how she'd be if we left... but I had a good experience with Pawshake in the past (over 5 years ago) and decided to just take a look to see if anyone might be able to help out while we were gone for 2 weeks.
Natasha took extra steps to care for Luna, other than feeding and cleaning up her litter. Natasha played with our cat, talked with her, made physical contact with her (this is a big deal - Luna doesn't let most people pet her at all!!). Natasha is gentle and patient with our cat. Natasha also made videos and photos with Luna to send to us, updating us on the cat's daily progress and asked us questions for clarification in case there was any doubt. Our cat has a tendency to poop outside of the litter box and Natasha went above and beyond to experiment with different methods to eliminate the problem.
Natasha is clearly an animal lover and a people person too. She has a very mellow and chill demeanor that suited Luna well. 2 weeks is the longest we've been away from Luna for 5+ years, but we noticed upon our return that Luna was calm, happy, and just like her usual old self. So we were reassured that we made the right call and Luna had a good time.
We highly recommend Natasha to anyone who needs pet sitting services for their beloved cats and dogs. We'd definitely seek her out right away the next time we plan to be away! "
