"Liv went above and beyond taking care of our dear cat, Millie. She even went to visit her on a non-scheduled day out of the goodness of her heart. She sent us texts and videos while we were away, which was very endearing to us. It helped give us peace of mind. Liv is a vet assistant and is looking to have a career as a vet tech., She is very passionate of animals and will be a great choice for your needs. "

"I have lots to say about Jill, but I’ll get the most important part out of the way first - if you’re wondering whether you should book with her, you can stop reading right now and do it! I’ve booked several cat sitters for Boomer over the course of the years through Pawshake. Although most of them have been good, Jill is far and away the best. (Read on to see what I mean.) The first clue I had that Jill had higher standards was the intake meeting. She asked questions that nobody else had thought to ask before - which vet I went to, who she could call as an emergency contact, and whether to notify me if something went wrong, or to deal with it herself. The fact that she even thought to ask was amazing! She took written notes the whole time, and I felt like she personally cared about making sure Boomer was OK. Before, during and after my trip, Jill consistently went above and beyond to keep me in the loop. A few days before, she got in touch to confirm the date and time, and she sent another quick follow-up the day I left. Each day I was gone, she sent detailed updates and beautiful (almost professional quality!) photos of Boomer. It was clear she spent a good amount of time with Boomer, and gave him a lot of attention and stimulation. When I got back, things with Boomer were perfect - his food, water and litter were exactly how I expected. In addition to her text messages she left me a physical note, and (in a really above and beyond gesture), a small present for Boomer. The part of all of this that I most appreciated was that on the day I planned to come back, she checked in ask me to notify her when I got back home, and offered to help out for another night if for some reason I wasn’t able to get back in time. Like her questions during the intake meeting, that was something I had never even thought to ask for, but it made it clear taking care of Boomer was her top priority. There are lots of great cat sitters out there, but Jill really is a cut above. She’s the most responsive and trustworthy sitter I’ve ever found, and most importantly, I can tell she really cares about animals. This is an easy recommendation!"

"I am so super happy to have met Billie-Lyn, I was worried about finding someone who didn’t mind small rodents, and turned out she has the same love for all fur babies that I do. She was very professional, sent a few pics of the cats so I knew they were well taken care of! She even brought a treat for my cats! If I need a fur-baby sitter again, I will definitely send Billie-Lyn a message! ❤️"
