Hi, I’m Nikki P, and I’ve spent over 20 years caring for animals in many different ways, from grooming and basic training to dog walks, potty breaks, cat visits, and all the little details that help pets feel safe, calm, and loved. I’m passionate about animals and bring a friendly, energetic, and compassionate approach to every visit. 

I am Red Cross Pet First Aid certified and bring hands-on experience with pet medication care, including administering medications with confidence and attention to detail. I understand the importance of staying calm and prepared in unexpected situations, and I am able to respond appropriately to a wide range of pet emergencies. My background allows me to provide safe, attentive, and reliable care for pets who need a caregiver with both practical experience and a steady presence.

I’m comfortable working with dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments, including nervous pets, senior pets, playful puppies, and high-energy companions. I also understand that every pet has their own personality and routine, so I take time to build trust and tailor my care to each animal’s needs. My goal is to make every visit feel consistent, gentle, and reassuring for both pets and their people.

I’m someone who believes in the small touches that make a big difference. I provide daily visit diaries so you can stay updated with what your pet did, how they’re feeling, and any important notes from the visit. I also aim to make care accessible, respectful, and personalized, with a calm presence that helps animals feel comfortable.

I’m also a Community Inclusion Support Worker which strengthens my ability to work with diverse families, communicate clearly, and provide reliable, person-centered support. This background helps me approach pet care with patience, responsibility, and strong attention to detail.
