Offering services in Downtown Toronto for over a year, with reliable communication and photos so you can be at ease while away.
I have lots of experience with cats as I've raised 6 from kittens in my lifetime (not all at once!) and one adopted as an older cat. My first two kittens I found abandoned & very sick, so I rescued them, aided in their recovery and gave them lots of love! The black and white one in my photo is one of them (now 15 years old!). I love animals, but unfortunately my studio apartment isn't the easiest place to have one here in Toronto. I miss having a pet at home and would love to help you keep yours happy and healthy when you're not around! I can offer some home visits to check in, feed, and keep your pet company for a bit.
Since my cats have always been allowed to roam outside freely I have lots of experience with the not-so-great things that come along with that (ticks, injuries from fighting with other animals, brushing fur, matted fur, treating infections, eye gunk, etc) so if your friend has some health issues I'm comfortable with taking instructions on how to help.
I work another job full-time, so I am available for visits at the following times:
Looking forward to meeting you & your pet!

Laura came very last minute and did a great job. I'd recommend her in a heartbeat.
Laura was excellent! She communicated well and came over beforehand to meet my cat (who's not the most friendly and definitely needs someone that's patient). She sent regular updates and photos everytime she visited. I will definitely be using Laura as a cat sitter again in the future.
