"Professional and reliable are 2 words that come to mind when describing Merit. Like most pet parents, we were concerned, maybe even a bit nervous about using a cat sitting service and leaving your loved pets (ours being fabulous cats) in the care of a stranger. However, after meeting Merit and spending time with her, those feelings were put to rest.
I can't emphasize enough how wonderful it was to receive her daily updates with lots of kitty cat photos of our family. This small gesture allowed us to enjoy our time away with peace of mind.
Upon our return it was very evident that our cats were well taken care of, and apparent that our kitty cat family received their regularly scheduled feeding times, had clean litter boxes and enjoyed lots of attention, snuggles and play time while we were away.

"Iulia was an excellent sitter for our 2 cats. She was able to feed, administer medications, and scoop the litter box for them daily with no issues. She sent daily photos to us so we always knew they were doing well. She even played and gave a lot of love to both our cats during the time she was taking care of them. Despite Iulia expressing English wasn’t her first language, we experienced no issues in communication. I would highly recommend her as a pet sitter!"

"Katelyn is the best pet sitter I’ve ever met! She is super easy to communicate and very detail-minded.
She sticks with the time slot strictly (which made her waking up so early) because my cats are pretty time-sensitive. She nailed it and I really appreciated it!
My cats love Katelyn so much. Mao Mao even sat on her lap in which she has never done to anyone except us. Also, when your cats has shown no sign of missing you whatsoever, you can tell how amazing Katelyn is. Animals don’t lie:)
I’d definitely recommend Katelyn if you’re looking for an incredible pet sitter! and I’m sure I will book her again!"

"My experience with Laura was amazing. She is a reliable pet sitter, took care of my cat for 2 weeks and sent me daily updates with pictures and videos. My cat looked so happy playing with Laura, and knowing that she was well cared for was such a peace of mind.

"Yichun was an absolute pleasure to work with! Her communication was proactive and on time. She was super professional, knowledgeable, and patient with our cat, and she went above and beyond taking care of his needs. Her reports were detailed, descriptive, and funny to read. She’d always send us more than enough pictures and videos just to keep us rest assured. We had web cam installed and we could see how she played with him and caressed him as if our cat was one of her own. We returned home with an extra surprise - Yichun left us a card with her greetings to us and our cat and thanked us for the opportunity to get to know him. How lovely is that? We would definitely recommend Yichun to anyone in search of a cat sitter."

"So glad I reached out to Nikita for twice a day visits to feed my 2 cats for the ~2 weeks I was traveling. Easily my best experience thus far on Pawshake. I was impressed with how easily she was able to connect with my usually aloof cats. Nikita left my place super clean and went above and beyond with washing the cat dishes, too. She was able to accommodate some flight cancellations, which resulted in my having to leave early. I was impressed with her treatment of my cats and living space. I highly recommend. I will be using her services again for sure. "

"Carol is an amazing pet sitter. Carol took care of our cat for 2 weeks while we were away on vacation. Everyday she would send us pictures and update us on our cat. She is very diligent and a great communicator. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a pet sitter."

"We are so happy with Karin. She is warm and friendly, and showed great love and care towards our cat. "I recently had the pleasure of having Dana take care of my cat Kuma while I was away, and she did a fantastic job! Dana made sure he was well-fed, had fresh water, and got lots of love and attention. It was such a relief knowing Kuma was in good hands.
I especially appreciated the many cute photos and updates Dana sent during each visit. It was great to see my cat looking so happy and content. Dana is obviously a true animal lover and it shows in the care she provides.
