Hello!
I have been a cat owner for over 20 years now and a volunteer foster parent with Toronto Cat Rescue from 2014 to 2017. Cats are my specialty, however, in recent years I've also begun dog walking and providing overnight stays with both dogs and cats. The requests keep coming in and usually from clients both dog and cat owners. I have more experience walking small dogs over large, although I have recently lived with a German Shepherd and we went on amazing walks and we got on just fine!
Cat Care - I offer the following services upon a visit: feeding (includes washing and replenishing both food & water dishes), emptying cat litter, administering medication (either orally, in food, or pill pockets), kitty snuggles and playtime. FYI - I have a good kitty voice I've mastered over the years that seems to make even shy cats feel safe and comfortable :)
Dog Care - I offer the following services upon a visit: feeding (includes washing and replenishing both food & water dishes), dog walks and/or bathroom trips, doggy pets and playtime.
I spend most of my time in East Danforth and the Beaches, however, I do have a vehicle and I can pet sit within a 5 min drive in any direction :) Please include your location in your booking request. Thanks!
I understand while you’re away how important it is to know that your furry friend is well taken care of. I can offer reliable, quality, and loving doggy and/or kitty care. I am so happy that we found Sonia to look after our 2 cats while we were on vacation. Her communication and care for our cats was brilliant and Sonia really made us feel safe in the knowledge that they were in very capable hands. Our cats took very warmly to her which was good to hear and the daily photo updates was very lovely to receive. We will 100% want to rebook Sonia for future visits. 10/10 catsitter, thank you Sonia!
Sonia was everything you could ask for in a dog and cat sitter! She was extremely communicative and responsive from the introduction, meet and greet, and all the way through the visit. Sonia let us know what was going on at all times, and she sent us pictures of our little ones every day. We asked her to do everything - house sit, play and keep up with our cats, and walk and care for our dogs - and she did it all amazingly. Everything was clean - litter boxes, food bowls, and our dogs and cats. Sonia delivered exactly as she promised, and in our opinion, she went above and beyond.
There is no one else I would recommend to provide loving care to your dogs and cats than Sonia. Thank you again!
