"It has been a pleasure connecting with Anita through Pawshake. At our first meeting, it was clear that Anita had a lot of knowledge and experience supporting and caring for animals - she was incredibly attentive in her introductions with my cats and did a thorough assessment of their needs with me to prepare for their care. Anita was very professional throughout the experience - prompt responses to my initial outreach, quick to come and meet my two cats, and connected daily while I was away with updates on their care. My cats are rescue animals and so they have a lot of special needs and cautiousness around others, and Anita was both confident to take on this care work, and managed to build strong relationship/rapport with my cats in a way that a lot of other cat sitters haven’t been able to. "Karen was absolutely fabulous from the start! She was very responsive to my chat messages and easy to organize a meet'n'greet before my vacation. My cat Zoey is very temperamental, but on my return I could tell she was well taken care of. Karen sent me photos and video updates everyday to show Zoey was eating and using the litter box. I would definitely book Karen again for future cat sitting!"

"It was my first time connecting with a sitter for my cats via Pawshake and I am very glad to find Claire. Not only she lives in my area (which is a huge plus), but she is also very attentive and carrying.
My 2 cats are quite shy at first, but I could tell they warmed up to Claire super quickly. After a week of travelling I came home to 2 happy kitties, which means they were very well taken care of. Their litter box was maintained, water refilled and they were spoiled with attention and treats in my absence. Seeing my meows happy and not stressed out took off some of the guilt of leaving them for a week, haha.
All in all, Claire was fantastic at looking after my cats and I will definitely connect with her in future!"

"I really appreciate Mengzhu's proactive communication with me, checking in with me in advance to confirm plans are still in place. She arrives at the requested times and spends enough time to feed, clean litter, and have a bit of a play or snuggle with our 2 boys. "Cailey has taken care of my cats twice now and both times I knew they were in excellent hands. They quickly accepted her whereas normally, at least one of my cats hides from new cat sitters. Aside from feeding them and cleaning the litter, she made them feel loved and cared for in my absence. They hardly cared that I was gone. I would highly recommend Cailey if you need an excellent cat sitter! I know my cats can't wait until they get to see her again."

"I recently had the pleasure of having Dana take care of my cat Kuma while I was away, and she did a fantastic job! Dana made sure he was well-fed, had fresh water, and got lots of love and attention. It was such a relief knowing Kuma was in good hands.
I especially appreciated the many cute photos and updates Dana sent during each visit. It was great to see my cat looking so happy and content. Dana is obviously a true animal lover and it shows in the care she provides.

"Professional and reliable are 2 words that come to mind when describing Merit. Like most pet parents, we were concerned, maybe even a bit nervous about using a cat sitting service and leaving your loved pets (ours being fabulous cats) in the care of a stranger. However, after meeting Merit and spending time with her, those feelings were put to rest.
I can't emphasize enough how wonderful it was to receive her daily updates with lots of kitty cat photos of our family. This small gesture allowed us to enjoy our time away with peace of mind.
Upon our return it was very evident that our cats were well taken care of, and apparent that our kitty cat family received their regularly scheduled feeding times, had clean litter boxes and enjoyed lots of attention, snuggles and play time while we were away.

"Jane did an absolutely wonderful job taking care of my cat Whiskey for 2 weeks while I was away for the holidays. She visited every day and played with him, cleaned up his litter, and kept him company over the holidays. My cat is usually stubborn and not quick to liking strangers, but she bonded with him very well and they had a great time together! "Olivia is a kind and very conscientious cat care giver. Our elderly cats have complicated care, and Olivia did an excellent job of looking after them while we were gone. She attended well to their picky eating habits. She took lots of beautiful photos of our cats and contacted us regularly about their care and well-being.
