A bit about me and my experience;
I have worked in the Veterinary field for over 19 years as an Animal Care Assistant. Between work and my own various pets, I have exceptional experience with a wide range of species, personalities, and behaviour. (My gang includes; Dog, Cats, Birds, Lizard, Fish, and Frogs).
Benefits to working in the Veterinary field for so long is that I am capable of watching pets who are in need of daily medications (oral and injectable), and can be trusted to notice signs of illness, but especially chronically ill/geriatric pets, and I'm certified in CPR.

I am looking for some active and meaningful, casual work in between my hours at the clinics/hospitals, that still involves caring for pets. I would love to spend time with your pet(s) and take good care of them for the time you are away, even if that means just being a "check-in" friend, or a walk for as many or little times you need a week.

I am a friendly and outgoing, trustworthy person, and would only care for your pet(s) as my own. I look forward to meeting you!

Pet Sitting:
Mostly available for shorter durations, however this becomes factor dependant.
I prefer to go to the pets home, rather than bringing into mine, due to the safety of my own pets.
However, EXCEPTIONS include: Cat friendly small quiet dogs, and pocket pets/reptiles that could be kept in seperate room. *Any dogs boarding at my place will need to be either kennel trained and/or ok to be seperated by a gate in seperate room for safety of them as well as my own if/when I am not home*.

Rates for pet boarding can be discussed based on the pet (ex. A lizard will be different than a dog).

Check ups/pop ins:
Available daily for check ups at pets home, and frequency can be negotiated based on pets needs (medications etc).
$35 for one daily check in
$60 for twice daily check in

Walks:
30minute walks, minimum. I drive an SUV, so I can fit any size dog, and if a pet parent is comfortable I can take the pet out for longer excursions/car rides/ leash free parks etc. Might have access to a fenced in yards as well. I do focus on behaviour and training, so I can/will maintain that when handling your pets. 
$30 per dog 
$20 per additional dog, on same walk
(Multiple dogs at the same time may be negotiated for cost)

Additional services:
I am NOT a groomer! However, I bathe and shave my own pets and patients regularly. If you're interested, we can arrange that as well for a small additional fee.
