Hi there! My name is Tanya, and I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. My journey with pets began in Grade 2, when I was gifted my first cat, Kitty, as a reward for a great school year. From day one, she was my full responsibility—and that experience taught me so much about dedication, care, and connection. Since then, I’ve helped care for family dogs, parakeets, and even two crested geckos. Today, I share my home with two well-trained medium-sized dogs and three affectionate domestic short-haired cats.

I’ve personally trained my dogs from just 8 weeks old, covering everything from potty training to leash and obedience training. I’m endlessly patient when it comes to animals—there’s just something about them that brings out the calmest, most attentive version of me.

Whether I’m taking your dog for a walk or caring for them in your home, my goal is to create a calm, comfortable, and joyful experience that keeps their routine intact. I understand how important it is for pets to feel safe in their own space, especially when you're away or at work. That’s why I take the time to get to know each animal’s personality, needs, and preferences. From leisurely strolls to high-energy walks, belly rubs to quiet companionship—I tailor every visit with genuine care and attention.
