Hi! My name is Sepideh, and I’m a cancer research student at McGill University with a background in pharmacy and a big love for animals. Back home, I used to be a proud dog mom, and spending time with dogs has always brought me joy, comfort, and energy. Living abroad, I miss that connection, so I’ve decided to combine something I love with something meaningful: caring for dogs and pet them! 🐶❤️

I live near La Fontaine Park, which is a wonderful place for long walks, outdoor play, and fresh air. It also has a large, fenced dog park where, with your permission, your pup can safely socialize and have fun with other dogs.

With my background as a pharmacist and my experience with my own dog (when she was sick) I’m also comfortable administering oral medications, simple subcutaneous (SC) injections,and basic wound care if your dog requires extra attention.

I can provide two walks per day, along with plenty of playtime, attention, and affection. During my lab hours (usually around 5-6 hours), your dog will be safe and comfortable at home with fresh food, water, air conditioning, and a cozy place to rest for a few hours. My schedule allows me to make sure they’re well cared for before and after work, so they’ll receive lots of love, exercise, and companionship throughout the day. I’m comfortable caring for shy or anxious dogs and am happy to work patiently with them. However, I don’t have experience with aggressive dogs.

My studio is clean, safe, and equipped with smoke alarms. It has plenty of space for your dog to rest and sleep comfortably. To provide the best care and attention, I only accept one dog for boarding at a time.

In case of an emergency, I will contact you immediately and, if necessary, take your pet to the nearest emergency veterinary hospital while keeping you informed every step of the way.

As an international student, I’m also working toward my long-term dream of becoming a licensed oncology pharmacist in Canada. Dog sitting helps me support that journey while doing something that genuinely makes me happy. 😊
