Originally from France, we emigrated to Canada more than 20 years ago! One of the reasons we chose Canada over Australia is because Canada doesn’t impose quarantine for animals. There was no way we would have left our beautiful Kitty in France or in a cage for over a month!
We are healthy non smokers in their sixties. We love to go for long walks, travel the world and grow our own vegetables and fruit.
We are animal lovers, and particularly cat lovers! We could not imagine our lives without a cat at home!
On days off, we often visit the local animal shelters, just to be around more animals. We spend a few hours giving love and care to pets who are still looking for home.
We are very organized and reliable. We are patient and caring. We travel often, and have to leave our adorable Kalina in a shelter or in the hands of strangers. So we know how you feel having to choose a sitter for your dear compagnon.
We will follow your instructions regarding your expectations for your loved pets. Most importantly we will give all the care and love your dear pets need. We consider them as if they were ours.
We offer home visits. We will spend at least 30 to 45 minutes for one pet. Our visits will include feeding, petting (very important), cleaning, and why not watering some plants or bringing in the mail if you wish. We will follow your instructions. When we leave our cat, we write down a schedule, and I expect our sitter to follow that schedule. So we will do that for you so that you don't have to worry. We could even send you pictures of your pets if you want to.
Regarding walking the dogs, we will again work with you
and your recommendations. We live according to the Platinum rule: treat others like they want to be treated!!! The dog walks may vary from 30 to 45 min. We can definitely extend that time if you want us to. Pricing may vary depending on how long the we will walk your loved one(s)
Our home visits / dog walking may be in the morning or later during the day. My husband can work around his schedule to accommodate your needs.

We have had Philippe look after our cat on numerous occasions and couldn’t be happier with the care he provides our “baby” with. We feel that he genuinely loves our Leo and that is worth everything to us. We can go away on vacation knowing he is well taken care of and loved. Plus we have the added bonus of having someone who brings in our mail and deliveries and takes care of our plants and home while we are away. I would not hesitate to recommend Philippe and Caroline to look after your pet.
