Pets have been a treasured part of my life for as long as I can remember and I find joy in spending time with animals of all kinds. I’m a proud, long-time mom to two senior dogs and two cats, and I’ve gained valuable experience working as a vet assistant—there’s not much furry action I haven’t encountered!

Beyond my own pets, I’ve cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, turtles, geckos, and even farm animals. While I absolutely love being a pet sitter, I take the responsibility seriously and treat every pet like my own. I carefully follow care instructions and will always keep you updated on your pet’s well-being.

One thing I’m particularly skilled in is administering insulin injections and other medications, as my Westie, Abby, is diabetic. So, if your pet has specific health needs, you can count on me to keep them comfortable and on track.

I love spending time with furry friends of all ages, sizes, and breeds, and I’ve been told my cuddles are top-notch (just ask my pets!). When it comes to pet sitting, my approach is guided by my personal PETS principle:

P - Playfulness: Pet care should be an enjoyable experience for everyone. I create a positive environment where your pet feels happy and relaxed, whether we’re playing, cuddling, or hanging out. And as the humans, you should be able to fully enjoy your play time too, knowing your pets are not only safe but having a blast in my care.

E - Expertise: Years of caring for animals have taught me a lot about food, exercise, and medical care, but I never stop learning. With every pet I meet, I dedicate myself to understanding their unique needs, behaviors, schedule, and sources of joy.

T - Trust: Trust between a pet and their human is one of the strongest bonds, and you’re extending that trust to me. I’m reliable, organized, and will always prioritize your pet’s well-being and stick to our agreed-upon schedule.

S - Safety: A pet being separated from their family and placed in the care of someone new can be a vulnerable experience. My top priority is making sure every pet feels safe, loved, and comfortable from the moment we meet and throughout our time together. Whether we’re at home or out on a walk, I’m always mindful of their surroundings and pay close attention to their body language to ensure they’re feeling at ease.
