Hi! I'm Nusrat. I've had cats since 2020, and from the moment I decided to bring one home, I knew this wasn't going to be "just a pet." Before she even arrived, I spent weeks watching every tutorial and reading everything I could find, because to me she was going to be my baby, not a toy — and I wanted to be ready to really take care of her. And she became exactly that. She couldn't fall asleep unless she was curled up on my lap, and she'd stay up waiting until I got home before she'd finally settle down for the night. My second cat loves me just as fiercely — even now, more than a year after I moved to Canada, she still recognizes my voice and responds the moment she hears it on a video call. I've even had street cats follow me home, trusting me before we'd even met. That's just how animals respond to me, and it's the same love and attention I bring to every pet I care for. I've also pet sat for friends and family whenever they've traveled, so I understand the trust it takes to hand over your pet — and your home — to someone else.

Cats are where I feel most at home — I understand their moods, their body language, and how to earn their trust at their own pace. I'm just as happy to walk and care for dogs, but if you have a cat, you're in especially good hands. 

I keep dogs leashed at all times and stay attentive throughout the walk — watching for other animals, traffic, and anything that might startle or overexcite them. I match the pace and route to your dog's energy level and comfort, and I always carry water and waste bags. If your dog has specific triggers or behavioral quirks, just let me know beforehand so I can plan accordingly.

A typical visit looks like this: I arrive on time and check in with a quick look around to make sure everything's as it should be. For dogs, that means a leash-on walk right away; for cats, I start with fresh food and water and a litter box check. I then spend the rest of the visit on play, cuddles, and simply keeping your pet company, and I always do a final check before I leave to make sure food, water, and their space are all in order.

For nervous or new pets, I go slow — letting them come to me in their own time rather than forcing interaction, speaking softly, and sticking to a calm, consistent routine so they start to feel safe with me. In case of any emergency, I stay reachable throughout the visit and will contact you immediately and follow your instructions for a vet or emergency contact.

Drop-in visits are flexible and can run anywhere from a quick check-in to 1-2 hours, including feeding, a litter box or living space check, and lots of dedicated cuddle and play time. I offer dog walks and drop-in visits at your home — I come to you and take care of everything your pet needs there. I do not offer overnight house sitting, and pets are not dropped off at my home. All my visits wrap up by 10:00-10:30pm.

I care for cats and dogs of most ages and temperaments. I'm not currently able to accommodate reactive or aggressive dogs. I'm based in Woodbridge, Vaughan and available on Tuesday-Thursday all day and Monday and Friday during the day until 5pm. It's variable during the weekends. I show up on time, every time, and send you updates and photos along the way, so you can relax knowing your pet is happy, safe, and loved while you're away.
