"Luisa is an excellent sitter and took great care of our two cats while we were on vacation. She made sure that our fur babies were healthy and happy, and was very conscientious about their care- taking care of their food, water, litters and petting and playtime. Our cats took to her very quickly and we know her visits made them feel so much better.
Luisa sent detailed reports of our cats with pictures each visit and her communication throughout was excellent and timely. We would happily recommend Luisa to anyone for pet care. "

"Luna is the definition of a "scaredy-cat." She is uneasy around strangers, especially men - and takes a long time to warm up to people. She was the main reason why my family was hesitant to even travel, because we worried about how she'd be if we left... but I had a good experience with Pawshake in the past (over 5 years ago) and decided to just take a look to see if anyone might be able to help out while we were gone for 2 weeks.
Natasha took extra steps to care for Luna, other than feeding and cleaning up her litter. Natasha played with our cat, talked with her, made physical contact with her (this is a big deal - Luna doesn't let most people pet her at all!!). Natasha is gentle and patient with our cat. Natasha also made videos and photos with Luna to send to us, updating us on the cat's daily progress and asked us questions for clarification in case there was any doubt. Our cat has a tendency to poop outside of the litter box and Natasha went above and beyond to experiment with different methods to eliminate the problem.
Natasha is clearly an animal lover and a people person too. She has a very mellow and chill demeanor that suited Luna well. 2 weeks is the longest we've been away from Luna for 5+ years, but we noticed upon our return that Luna was calm, happy, and just like her usual old self. So we were reassured that we made the right call and Luna had a good time.
We highly recommend Natasha to anyone who needs pet sitting services for their beloved cats and dogs. We'd definitely seek her out right away the next time we plan to be away! "

"I am a first time cat owner. My 2yo rescue cats are very shy/nervous around new people. I thought I need to get them used to strangers, so when I go out of town/country, they can survive! I was very fortunate to find Shiori. She is very caring & experienced cat sitter. She knows what to do/not-to-do with shy cats. She comes to see my cats when I am at work for now. My cats are still shy, but think getting better (recover from shock quicker 😅 now). I feel better now knowing I have someone I can ask to look after my cats🙂.
