"We were so happy to have Victoria look after our cats again as we knew they'd be in great hands. Ahead of the booking Victoria asked questions and took notes on our new place and how the cats interact in it. While away, we received detailed updates on how they were doing, and many, many lovely photos of them happily playing - even our tricky cat who is wary. Victoria brought our cats new toys, which they loved. One of our cats was a little sick and Victoria took great care of him which eased our minds. I am slightly convinced out cats enjoy Victoria's company more than ours. :) Really the best cat sitter ever."

"Tiana took care of my two elderly cats when I went away for a week. She obviously took very good care of them as I came home to relaxed happy cats. She came for a meet and greet beforehand and seemed very amenable to following my numerous instructions 😃 Tiana also sent me photos of the cats when I was away, which helped me feel confident that they were being well cared for. "Jo was the perfect petsitter for our beloved cat, Gosha. She went above and beyond by sending us numerous photos during each visit, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. When we returned, we found Gosha happy and well-cared for.
Gosha needed medication while we were gone, and Jo kindly agreed to visit twice daily to administer it, as per our vet’s instructions. We are especially grateful for her attentiveness not only in feeding Gosha but also in ensuring he received his necessary treatment.

"Elsi is incredible and after one visit she’s become my primary pet sitter! I was nervous as this was my first booking with Pawshake, and definitely a last minute-ish booking but as a first time user I was surprised by how nice and easy she was to communicate with.
