"Angela was such a great communicator, prompt, and through txt and emails arranged to meet with us quickly, learn about our guys (who warmed up to her fast) and understand everything we were looking for in a pet sitter. She followed up with photos and an update on their status. We cut our trip shorter than expected, and she had no problem reaching out to PawShake to vouch for our request to remove one day (and charge) from our booking. We'll happy have Angela watch our two cats again."

"Ophelia is great with my 2 cats, Bella and Schwoopie. They loved her from the moment they met her. She just has a way with animals that almost makes me jealous. She even helped me take them for a walk one night and my cat Bella totally trusted her. Bella doesn't let many people pick her up and she is totally comfortable with Ophelia. I would totally recommend Ophelia, she is awesome and clearly loves animals."
