"Lauren is a wonderful pet sitter! She has great communication and responded quickly when I'd ask her things. She's flexible and did well keeping our bird company, even when he was being stubborn :). we appreciated her doing some extra tasks when we noticed some people poking around the yard of our empty house, which was really helpful at putting our mind at ease. "I want to give her 11 stars if I could. She was so fantastic from the first meeting until end of the service. My cat was not well when I had to go on a business trip. Cristina was so understanding and caring that she gave me detailed updates including pictures and videos for every visit. I had to ask her to take my cat to vet. Cristina was very accommodating for my request obviously her first priority was well-being of my cat. She is such a compassionate and reliable person.
