"She was extremely communicative and made sure that we were always aware of our cats' well-being, disposition, and the state of things in our home. Valérie also brought in parcels left by the post and took care of our plants. She played with our cats, she made sure that the automated feeders were in proper working order, and she always looked for signs of every cat, even the extra shy one, sending us pictures from every visit. The pictures gave us ease of mind, and we looked forward to them on the days we knew she would do her visits. The litter boxes were very well-taken care of, very neat and tidy. She offered to donate her fees to a charity of our choice. We are supremely satisfied with Valérie's care and we hope that if we need her help again, she will be available. We readily recommend her without any hesitation to anyone in the area who might want home visits. Thank you, Valérie!"
