"Oh my goodness. Trudy was well beyond our expectations in a cat sitter. She cared so much for our cats and her videos daily made us feel so relieved. Her gentile treatment of our precious babies was exceptional! She has the most soothing voice and disposition! We never once worried about them, I would 100% recommend this wonderful cat whisperer. Our cats are not the easiest cats to look after, our 13 year old is a very cranky old lady, Trudy won her over almost immediately! She had to coax our 3 year old out from under the bed at every visit. Even the little accidents that the elder made were cleaned up immediately and were not a problem for her at all. "Angela was such a great communicator, prompt, and through txt and emails arranged to meet with us quickly, learn about our guys (who warmed up to her fast) and understand everything we were looking for in a pet sitter. She followed up with photos and an update on their status. We cut our trip shorter than expected, and she had no problem reaching out to PawShake to vouch for our request to remove one day (and charge) from our booking. "Our kitty adored Ginger the minute she walked in our home. In general our cat would hide and slowly come out when she feels safe or decides the new person is to her liking. This time she sat next to Ginger and gave her kisses😺! We have updates, videos and photos everyday. Feeding, drinking water and potty cleaning were carried on as instructed.
