Hello!! I am Satomi who is Japanese amimal lover livng in Vancouver.

I have been living here in Vancouver for 5 years so Vancouver is becoming my home to me now : )

My animal lover life has stared in my early childhood.

I grew up in a big city in Japan where I heardly see animals or pets on the street.

However I was lucky that I was always surrounded by animals in my childhood.

I used to live in a co-op housing when I was child. At this time, one of the tenat had a dog (male), whose name is Chibi, outside and all of the people lived in the place took care of him. Chibi was a part of this community menmber. I liked Chibi and I used to give him fish treats.

First pet myself was budgerigars. I was in charge of taking care of them and I used to teach them Japanese words.

After few years, later,

I convinced my mother to have a cat (female). Her name is Rui. My family was having busy life at that time so I usually stayed at home and spent most time with her. She was my best friend and also she was like my sister to me.

When I lost her after 18 years, it was hardset time for me.............Since I lost her, I couldn't have myself any pet, but I always look for a cat on the street or visit my friend's place to cuddle with their a dog or cats because I missed having an animal around.

When I moved to Vancouver, I found a place that had a dog and 2 kitties!!! I immediately fell in love with them and decided to live in the place.

Since then, I have been living in the same place with the dog and the cats and also super nice housemates. I am really happy living with them and becoming a part of my family!!!

I really love my housemates' cats sooo much. Then, at some point, the cats became mine?!?!

Last year we got new addition into our place. Now we have chikens sisters!!!

I am really lucky that I am always surrounded by animals but I want to see more :)

I offer daily visits, walks, house sitting ( overnight stay) .

I am happy to visit your place to take care of your pets for at least 30 minutes but of course, I will stay with them longer if they need me!!!

I would describe myself as a cat lover since my experience with cats is more than other animals but of course, I love dogs and other animals too!!!
