Hello All!

Caring for homes and pets came naturally for me. I grew up with many furry and feathered ones, mowed ¼ acre before I was 4ft tall and my first job was house cleaning. The following decades I mostly worked in high-end
Hearth & Home products and Home Staging except when following the advice of
friends who said I’d be an excellent dog trainer - Got certified but retired
now and back into another passion...  

My current work is focused again in Natural Health Products for People, Pets and Healthy
Homes. I work mostly online so I will be there with your pets most of the time
with exception of a couple short shifts a week in a Vitamin Dept (btw, need a solid WIFI connection.)  

Over my lifetime I’ve lived with 15 dogs, 9 cats and other critters, ‘chaperoned’
dozens more dogs as a trainer and caregiver, all providing me the
qualifications to give your precious ones the care and attention they need (obvious exception is serious veterinary care.) As I’m retired from training and need time for my other work, please know I no longer take on
challenging situations like very large dogs that bite people OR attack other animals.  

I’ve had some livestock experience - Lived and worked on horse ranches and took care
of a small beef cattle farm with chickens by myself for a summer – We can chat
about any needs you might have with other species I’m not familiar with.  

Please Note: I come with my sidekick, 12 year old “Augie,” a 13lb, hypo-allergenic Chinese Crested ‘Hairy Hairless’ (Yes, that’s what they’re called!) Augie has fantastic references you can attain in writing or by phne call with my repeat clients and online reviews from guests of my Airbnb when we lived in Calgary. He is what Cesar Milan termed a "Balanced Energy" dog that helps calm anxiety in the pack which is great for many of my client dogs when their folks leave on holiday.

Augie is not jealous to share my attention and has no prey drive for feathered friends or other critters. He will avoid cats who don't want him near but will become friends if the cat initiates it and he feels safe.

We like to do at least one Meet & Greet. I want you to be certain you can go on vacation without a concern and doing pack walk(s) with your dog(s) in advance makes all the difference for them. This will provide you confidence in trusting us in your home as well.

My repeat clients are happy to take your call to discuss their experience with my services and many of them have booked me 4 to 7 times over the last 15 months.  Other house sits I’ve done were for several old friends who had me watch over their children, pets, and livestock from time to time over the past 30+ years.

Lastly, while you’re away I will send photos of your precious ones with anything of interest you might like me to share, or like some of my clients do, you can use Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp to see them happy at home.
