Hello! My names Jes, and I live with my boyfriend (also Jess) and our 5 year old Boston / Chiuhuahua called Penny. Between us we have many years of being dog parents and looking after dogs of various breeds, ages and needs and so your loved one will be in very safe hands.
I work from home full-time during the week and Jess is home most days meaning at least one of us will always be in the home to look after your loved one! We pride ourselves on having a very relaxed home and space, which is located opposite Corktown Common which has a big dog park which we go to most days - we’d be happy to take yours their too!
Our dog is very friendly with other dogs but also well trained and respectful if they need space. Your dog will be in the very safest hands, and we’ll do everything to make your pets stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible so you can have peace of mind. I look forward to meeting you all!

I am a Sighthound owner offering sighthound-specific boarding (a full list of breeds I accept can be found below). I have a young silken windhound named Bertie. She is very sociable and playful and will most definitely fall in love with your Doggo over the course of their stay. I am a student, home most of the day, and I only take one guest (or bonded pair) at a time so you can rest assured they are going to get all the attention and care they deserve. My home is equipped with beds, toys, and an outdoor patio. Dogs are given free roam of the space and I do everything I can to make it feel like home for them.
Every weekend we go on a special excursion to a fenced-in area where the dogs can run freely. During the week they get four walks a day, three short walks and one one-hour walk around the neighborhood. I have experience administering injections and am open to special needs pets. That being said, Bertie is a young and energetic gal, so this may not be best for elderly dogs who might be stressed out by that kind of energy. I'm a 34 year old woman who has just moved to Toronto, who absolutely lives and breathes all things animal- which is helpful, considering I work in a dog grooming salon!  
I worked for Pawshake New Zealand until moving to Canada, so I have a lot of experience looking after cats and dogs professionally. (See photos for my reviews.) I have looked after 25+ animals and had such a wonderful experience with them all that I would love to continue pet sitting in Canada! I have had a cat previously and more recently, my own dog (who is now nine years old), so I've gained a lot of knowledge about communication, training and overall care that way.
I am able to pet sit in your own home or board small dogs in my own. 
I have experience looking after a range of sizes of animals, from tiny (1kg) dogs, up to large (40kg) ones. As I also have experience with sick animals, I feel prepared to meet the needs of any animals who need extra attention, especially any who need to be given medications or who have medical concerns that mean they need to be supervised. 
I would prefer to look after vaccinated animals, simply to keep my own pet as safe as possible.

I have taken care of people's dogs, both as a Walker and house sitter. Am kind, friendly, and easily relate to dogs as well as cats. Your pet will feel loved for and cared for during the time you're away. Extremely responsible. References available upon request.I am a schoolteacher. This normally keeps me from having pets of my own as I'm gone for much of the day. However, from time to time, I take time away from teaching (like now) to work on my extracurricular pursuits and during that time pick up odd gigs. When I was younger,  before I became a schoolteacher, I would often pet sit/house sit and have been looking to do it again as I  enjoyed it very much. I am mature and dependable and your pet will most likely also think of me as enjoyable company.I am open to taking pets inside my home as well as visiting to pet sit. However, I would like to talk to you first about your situation if you want to drop your pet off. If I am boarding a dog, I will only board a maximum of two dogs, total, at any given time. I live in a two bedroom condo and am the only one living here. Since I teach high school, I will be off work this August, and perhaps also the fall (I may teach night school from home using my computer), and so will have a fair amount of time to look after animals. If you want me to visit your place and pet sit, I am open and flexible and look forward to talking to you about your needs.
