I'm an experienced and hard-working sitter in the Kingston area, offering peace of mind that your home and little ones are well taken care of in your absence.

I have lived with animals my entire life. Naturally, I understand you're seeking the best possible care for your little ones, and that's exactly what I strive to provide. I've been a Pawshake sitter since February 2019 and have been loving every moment of making so many new four-legged friends!

About my services:

HOME VISITS consist of one afternoon or evening visit that lasts up to 45 minutes, depending on your pet's needs. During this visit, I would feed your pet(s), refresh their water dish, play & socialize with them, clean their litter box, and so on. I'm also happy to water your plants, bring your mail inside and take out garbage/recycling when needed.

HOME BOARDING at my spacious, ground-level apartment means that your cat or dog would stay with me and my pets for overnights over an extended period of time. You can rest assured that your feline friends will get tons of pats and cuddles, and that dogs will be walked twice a day with plenty of opportunities to run around the yard in between. All you need to bring is their food, treats, and leash! 

I also offer HOUSE SITTING. The house sitting option means Birdie, Bowie and I would stay at your residence round the clock, provided I don’t have any bookings for home boarding at the requested time. This service would be ideal for households with both cats and dogs, or for animals who have a harder time adjusting to new environments.

My apartment is puppy-proofed, equipped with a large dog crate (dogs will only be created when explicitly requested for training/routine purposes), puppy pads if needed, three litter boxes (scooped daily), and lots of toys, beds, and treats for cats and dogs alike. It's clean and spacious, with big windows for bird-watching. I have a large, fenced-in yard for tons of extra play time, rain or shine. I have installed several pet gates with built-in cat doors throughout the apartment, so cats and small dogs can have their privacy away from the larger guests when I am unable to supervise.

About my pets: I have four pets of my own: An easygoing, outdoor ginger tabby named Louie (13 years old, male, neutered) who spends about 98% of his time roaming the neighbourhood; a young, playful, and extremely dog-savvy black cat named Gigi Luigi (4 years, male, neutered) who loves making new kitty friends; a bouncy, fetch- and fun-loving black labradoodle/wolfhound named Birdie (7.5 years, female, spayed); and a flat coat retriever/labradoodle named Bowie (3.5 years, female, unspayed). All four would relish the extra company and have been socialized to respect animals of all shapes and sizes.

Bowie, Gigi, and Louie are up to date on all annual vaccines. However, due to being immunocompromised, vaccines are contraindicated in Birdie's case (she is immunized against rabies, though).
