"Marianne was great. I was really nervous handing over my home and pet to a complete stranger, as this was the first time I've used a pet sitter. She didn't hesitate to provide her ID so I could do a Google and get an idea of who she was. Everything she told me in the meet & greet aligned, which put my mind at east.
She came and picked up the keys, then dropped them off after I was home, making the entire process really easy. Reports were sent through the Pawshake app when she visited, so I was confident my cat was in good hands and being taken care of. I came home to my house in the same condition I left it, and my cat was healthy and fed. Marianne also monitored the litter box, adjusting the food as necessary (dealing with a minor constipation issue).
All in all an excellent experience, and I would recommend Marianne to anyone as a cat sitter."

"If you are looking for a pet sitter or dog walker, look no further! Leslie & Cat are two of the kindest, most compassionate humans, and they took the best possible care of our two cats while we were away for 8 days. We have used a handful of cat sitters before, but Leslie & Cat’s professionalism, communication and level of care were above and beyond all others. We have never felt so comfortable or trusting as we did when relying on Leslie & Cat to come by our home daily. Our cats (especially our shy Ollie) bonded with them right away and looked forward to their visits - this was clear from their expressions in all of the photos that Leslie sent each day. We rate them 11/10 and are so grateful to have finally found a trusted cat sitter. "

"Mirielle is an exceptional cat-sitter, on so many levels!
Our 2 cats had never been left alone for any length of time. As such, we needed a cat-sitter who not only loved but *understood* cats to take care of them.
Mirielle's love and understanding of cats was evident from the very beginning. She was also very reliable and trustworthy, and was a pleasure to talk to and work with.
She visited our home twice per day and took care of all of our cats needs, including going 'above-and-beyond' to interact with them and make sure they were OK. She also sent us updates after every visit, along with frequent pictures to keep our mind at ease.
The peace of mind we enjoyed from having Mirielle look after our cats was priceless. I highly recommend Mirielle to any North Shore cat owners who are looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, and trustworthy fellow cat-lover to look after their cats while they are away!"

"Again, Ellora did a fantastic job taking care of our two cats. We have used Ellora twice now to keep an eye on our boys while we are away and she has always done a great job. She is super communicative and takes great care of our boys and apartment while we are away and would not go anywhere else for any pet care needs in the future. "Melissa was a fantastic cat sitter for my two male Ragdolls while I was away for a week! Her communication was outstanding, the best I’ve experienced so far, and she sent lots of videos and photos of the cats during each visit (twice a day). I loved seeing the videos especially because I could see their behaviors and felt connected to them, and I could see they were extremely comfortable with Melissa which eased my stress of being away from them, I was truly able to relax knowing they were in good hands. Melissa was able to administer one of the cats oral liquid medication each morning without any problems which was a huge relief as well. Lastly, I loved how personable Melissa was with our communication, I felt like I was talking to a friend when she was updating me. I will hands down be booking with Melissa again for future trips!! 😻 "

"It was our first time using a pet sitter and cannot recommend Claudia enough. She was very quick to respond to messages and enquires before we even booked. She went and above in looking after my cat who is very timid and apprehensive with new people but she knew exactly what do to and Maximus warmed up to her in no time. Whilst we were away she visited our cat and took photos and videos to reassure us which was really helpful. When we came back home our cat was well groomed, in perfect shape and litter was clean. I’m very grateful to have found a lovely, caring pet sitter and will be using her again in the future. "

"Francesca took wonderful care of our cats! Gracie and Lilah both warmed up to Francesca, despite being shy cats, which was a relief for us while we were away. We received lots of updates and photos and Francesca was super communicative. It’s obvious she is passionate and genuinely cares for the cats. "Kristen looked after our two siamese cats. They're fairly fussy, and our boy is a bit skittish. However, by the second day Kristen sent us photos of him sitting on her chest looking for cuddles. "Jolie took wonderful care of our two cats over the holidays. She sent us pictures regularly with captions that made my husband and I laugh out loud everytime. She even brought catnip toys for the boys for Christmas! It made our holiday so much more relaxing to know that our kitties were in good hands with Jolie and we came home to healthy, happy cats. I would absolutely recommend her services to anyone looking for in home cat sitting and I will be sure to book with her again in the future when we need a cat sitter."

"Nadia watched our two male cats over the Easter weekend and did a fantastic job! I never had to check in with her, she always messaged me with updates and photos of how it was going. Normally when we go away the cats snub us when we get home, but they were so affectionate and happy to see us which tells me they felt comfortable while we were away and probably didn’t even notice we were gone. "Trish is amazing! Such a pleasure to engage with, very quick in her responses, extremely knowledgeable of cats, their care and behavior, ensuring clarity on the instructions we left, and going far beyond what is expected from a sitter.
She took care of our 2 cats for a weekend. They are both very shy from strangers and we didn't expect she would get to see them at all -likely both hiding under a bed the whole time as usual when visitors come over-, to our surprise both came out to greet her and allowed her to pet them from visit #1. A true cat-whisperer!
Knowing they might not come out she had initially suggested feeding them after taking care of the rest of the tasks we asked her for, just to make sure they would eat their food as fresh as possible. She communicated often, and on the last day checked in to make sure we were coming back as planned, just in case we needed extra help and to ensure the cats had their next meal and care.
We have had great experience with other sitters, but this level of care and love for animals is a treasure! For us it took away any bit of stress there is always there when leaving your pets, a part of the family, with a new person. There is no question we will put our cats and home on her hands next time we need support. Thanks Trish!"

"Michelle is a fantastic cat sitter. Our cat Zen is an elderly old man that takes a lot of pills and is easily stressed out. We came home to a happy boy, very well taken care of.
She’s great at communicating and sent us pictures every time she visited and sent us daily updates. She even watered our plants.
If we ever go out of town again we would book with Michelle again, we highly recommend her!"
