At our first meeting, it was clear that Anita had a lot of knowledge and experience supporting and caring for animals - she was incredibly attentive in her introductions with my cats and did a thorough assessment of their needs with me to prepare for their care. Anita was very professional throughout the experience - prompt responses to my initial outreach, quick to come and meet my two cats, and connected daily while I was away with updates on their care. My cats are rescue animals and so they have a lot of special needs and cautiousness around others, and Anita was both confident to take on this care work, and managed to build strong relationship/rapport with my cats in a way that a lot of other cat sitters haven’t been able to. "Tiana took care of my two elderly cats when I went away for a week. She obviously took very good care of them as I came home to relaxed happy cats. She came for a meet and greet beforehand and seemed very amenable to following my numerous instructions 😃 Tiana also sent me photos of the cats when I was away, which helped me feel confident that they were being well cared for. "Molly was (is!) the perfect cat sitter! Right from the start she made all of us - including Mabel our cat - feel safe and secure. During the meet and greet she asked a lot of questions and was very on top of figuring out what she needed to know in order to care for Mabel, and in turn, our home. She was thorough and thoughtful, responsive and caring. While we were gone, she sent photos and updates, and not only took good care of Mabel, but was also very conscientious in terms of visiting and keeping an eye on our home. "Olivia is a kind and very conscientious cat care giver. Our elderly cats have complicated care, and Olivia did an excellent job of looking after them while we were gone. She attended well to their picky eating habits. She took lots of beautiful photos of our cats and contacted us regularly about their care and well-being. Our cats felt loved and comforted by her care, and all of my worries and concerns were looked after so I could relax while away, knowing that all was well with our elderly pets. "Professional and reliable are 2 words that come to mind when describing Merit. Like most pet parents, we were concerned, maybe even a bit nervous about using a cat sitting service and leaving your loved pets (ours being fabulous cats) in the care of a stranger. However, after meeting Merit and spending time with her, those feelings were put to rest.
I can't emphasize enough how wonderful it was to receive her daily updates with lots of kitty cat photos of our family. This small gesture allowed us to enjoy our time away with peace of mind.
Upon our return it was very evident that our cats were well taken care of, and apparent that our kitty cat family received their regularly scheduled feeding times, had clean litter boxes and enjoyed lots of attention, snuggles and play time while we were away.

"We’re extremely happy with Caroline’ service from the very beginning. Communication was excellent, she took notes of our Pets routines and was always messaging us during the visits (as I requested) and would inform us of something she noticed or a different behaviour (one of our cat has special needs). "I can’t recommend Ilayda enough! She did drop in visits for us, for our elderly cat for a week and I feel like our cat was actually disappointed when we came home and Ilayda wasn’t coming anymore. We got daily photo/video updates of our cat, and in all of them, Stella (our cat)seemed so happy and comfortable. Ilayda was also able to give her her pill without any issues. We will definitely be booking her the next time we go out of town! "
