I have owned many animals, including two cats, both show many signs of being in a loving and nurturing home. I have had a pet dog in the past whom came to us very violent, aggressive, and afraid of humans. I was able to rehabilitate her into the sweetest dog ever, excellent on walks, was even comfortable leaving her alone with small children. I have lots of experience rehabilitating and training friends and family friends dogs. I have rescued a bunny whom was in horrible conditions and was afraid of humans and wouldn't eat. I was able to have her wonderful with humans and other pets, even running over to you with joy and eating once again!
I love animals of all shapes and size, my dream job is to be a veterinarian. I've always had animals walk up to me, it's adorable.
I am a reliable pet sitter and love helping others and their pets. I can know what to do on the spot if a problem would occur and I am able to stay calm and level minded in stressful situations.

A little more about me.... I grew up on a farm and learned to love animals at a very young age. Cats, bunnies, dogs etc. I use to talk to them as a child. If you asked my sister she'd tell you I called the ants my friends! Who knew where the connection with animals would lead me. 
in my business I use the guidance our animals are always giving us as a way to help their humans live the life they were truly meant too.&nbsp;
Bailey and I love to go on adventures whether that be a stroll in the lark or taking a ride to the mountains. 
i start my mornings with a dog walk (weather permitting .... Eek winter!!). And I often take a walking break mid day or close to supper as a way to end the day. 
We do go off leash, but I am also open to taking any dog that needs to be on leash only. I work with the comfort of your pet.  
Walks are anywhere from 30 mins-60 mins at a time. At least twice a day. Depending on weather and animal comfort &amp; safety. 
Your animals will be safe and protected as if they are one of my very own. 
They are allowed on all of my furniture!  We are a dog friendly household!
i take pictures and videos often and send them to you while you are away ! 
i may ask a lot of questions because I want to make sure your pets feel at home with me. 
My yard is fully fenced. Currently I am living in a spacious walk out suite alone with the occasional friendly visitor.  The woman that owns the house lives above and also dog sits as well. 
Pets are allowed on my bed :). 
I am open to many dog cuddles as possible!

Good day everyone!

My name is Lindsay and I have just moved back to my hometown of Calgary (from Vancouver Island). My whole life I have always had a strong connection with animals, whether it be cats, dogs, horses, any and every kind! I believe that animals are better than humans because they love unconditionally, they dont judge you (as long as you're a good person) and they just want to give love and be loved. They fill your heart with so much joy and happiness!
I have had pets for most of my life, ever since I was a little girl.  I currently have 2 cats (Nutmeg and Reuben) and 1 dog (Monty). They all love eachother and are the best of friends. I have always said that my "dream job" would be to work with animals, as it is my passion! I have quite a bit of experience as a volunteer at the Calgary Humane Society and BC SPCA, assisting with puppy training classes, behavioral classes, walking the dogs and giving them lots of love until they find their forever homes.&nbsp;&nbsp;
For the past 10+ years I have worked in the medical field as a doctor assistant (cardiology, rheumatology, sleep medicine) but I would love to pursue this opportunity to work with pets (even if it's just part time).  Whether it's taking them for walks, hanging out and giving them pets and cuddles, or keeping their minds stimulated by playing catch etc.&nbsp;
****My pet services are available to be hosted at my residence or owners residence, and/or walks in the park as well****
Here is a more specific outline of what services I offer:

Long walks (up to 2 hours at a time, $20 per half hour)  or short walks ($10 per 15 minutes) but time can be altered depending on your preference and how much exercise your dog may need.  No more than 3 dogs per household per booking time. If you provide a harness, I can walk your cat too! (Or hang out in the yard with him/her, as long as the harness is on).  
Overnight pet sitting (flexibility depending on how long you are away for, at $80 (overnight), $130 for full 24 hours, $40 for half day, or all day pet sitting (up to 10 hours per day).  Price can be discussed based upon how long you need me there. My availability is very open (Monday through Saturday) as I have minimal commitments for the time being. (Subject to change to part time in September, but will give ample notice beforehand). 
I have some experience in dog/puppy behavioral training, so I can definitely help with that. 
Administering medicine orally, but if your vet has advised an alternative way, I am open to that too as long as I have specific instructions).
Brushing your pets,  removing matted fur, and giving baths. I do not have experience in full grooming yet (so no hair cuts). 
Cleaning up dog poop in the yard for an extra cost of $30, and ofcourse, I will pick up and dispose of it (no charge) while we are on walks. That's just a given, out of respectfulness and consideration.

Hello! Iv had cats/pets almost my whole life and up until recently had our little family dog Buddy for over 10yrs. my husbands family have always had big dogs whom we adore! Iv helped my neighbor with her cat when needed also. My husband and I have two daughters 9 and 16. Iv been taking care of our pets and our household for 20 years,i also run a before/after school pickup dropoff service and work for the CBE casual pool school supervision (have my police check). I love looking after animals and doing odd jobs! Im available throughout the day all week, I will come to your house and have a nice play visit with your pet! Ill feed them walk them and play with them and show them tons of love! Ill tidy up your cats litter box, ill swap out any laundry if need be, ill water any plants/flowers, grab the mail if need be and do any light kitchen tidying….who dosnt love coming home to an empty dishwasher ! all visit lengths will vary depending on needs. I am fortunate to have Elvis(my cat) to experience life with. I know how hard it is to find someone who can take care of your own furbaby when you are away. I have experienced it myself. With that being said, I signed up here for that reason. I would like to help out someone who are in a similar situation I am facing every time I am wanting to go visit my family. 
As of the moment, I can only do cat visit at your place. I can help out in areas closer to my home, so that I can pay as frequent as needed. I live in Yorkville area close to Silverado deep in the SW area of Calgary. 
During my 30min visit I will clean the bowl and feed your furbaby, change the water, water some plants, pick up the mail, clear any papers on the front doors, and spend the rest of time brushing or cuddling with your home alone loved one. I hope this way I can relieve the stress of being home alone. Would like to send pictures and updates of every visit. Hello  Haley here! Born and raised on a farm on the West Coast; horses and dogs are my absolute favourites. I have been apart of many rescues for about 10 years now. Whether I'm scrolling through Facebook pages in the look out for dogs in need; or jumping into a dumpster to follow the sounds. Having a dog's best interests in mind is my top priority.
Now onto the good stuff; I provide twice-daily walks if needed. Dog walks/outings typically last 30mins to 1hr, but I'm flexible for more exercise on a case-by-case basis. With a decade of experience with both cats and dogs, I've cared for them extensively, including grooming and attending to their daily needs.
The well-being of every pet is my top priority. I approach each interaction/walk/stay with a personalized touch, ensuring that each walk is customized to meet the specific needs of your beloved companion. I have been providing as my "full time job" dog boarding/daycare/walking services coming up to 3 years.
In order to provide the best care possible, please advise of any special care. Does your pup have any allergies or special dietary requirements? Is there anxiety or triggered behaviours (i.e. separation anxiety, thunderstorms)? I will do my best to accommodate any special needs, my goal is to provide a comfortable experience and gain the trust of you and your dog(s).

Monday through Friday we are open from 7:00AM until 10:00PM
Weekends and holidays we are open from 8:00AM until 11:00PM

Please note I understand that sometimes earlier drop off or late pick up might come up, I'm flexible! I'm also very understanding that no one has control over the airlines these days  Please do not worry about late/delayed or cancelled flights upon your return. All I ask is please keep me updated on the status.

As a pet owner for most of my life and a horseback rider I have many years of caring for animals. I own a Pitbull so I am familiar with bully breeds/high energy dogs and a two rescue dogs so also familiar with rescues. Spent most of my life surrounded by horses and dogs and I have official pet first aid training through Ruffined K9 and I have given needles to animals in the past. I love exploring new places so your dog will get to go on a new adventure every day. I can also offer horse care/exercise, please send a message of this is something you need.
I am currently taking care of dogs full time. I would be happy to take your fur children for some adventures and my dog loves having walk buddies as well as friends around our home. Two of my dogs are older and my pitbull loves puppies and younger dogs to play with as well as teach them some manners gently. My youngest is high energy and loves to play with all dogs.

My house has a large fenced yard and there is a dog park at the end of the street. We also frequently go to Sue Higgins off leash. House has plenty of space if dogs might need to be separated for any reason.
