"Where do I even begin? I have had quite a few pet sitters from Pawshake both in Berlin and Vancouver but no one compares to Daniela. She is super warm and friendly and communication with her was a breeze. She respected all our wishes and sent us cute gifs and videos of our cat twice a day and even did a nice drawing of our cat. She really cares about animals and my cat looked so relaxed and happy and well cared for in all the videos which is always reassuring when you leave your fur babies. Most importantly: our cat was in a great mental space when we came back and that's more than I could ever ask for. Thank you Daniela and can't wait to have you take care of Fellini again!"

"Jolie took wonderful care of our two cats over the holidays. She sent us pictures regularly with captions that made my husband and I laugh out loud everytime. She even brought catnip toys for the boys for Christmas! It made our holiday so much more relaxing to know that our kitties were in good hands with Jolie and we came home to healthy, happy cats. "Dana is such an amazing cat sitter. She took great care of our senior cat, and administered his medicine everyday. He got tons of love and she took him outside on his leash for fresh air which made him so happy! She also took great care of watering our garden. "Nadia watched our two male cats over the Easter weekend and did a fantastic job! I never had to check in with her, she always messaged me with updates and photos of how it was going. Normally when we go away the cats snub us when we get home, but they were so affectionate and happy to see us which tells me they felt comfortable while we were away and probably didn’t even notice we were gone. I will definitely be using Nadia again as a cat sitter! :)"

"Melissa was a fantastic cat sitter for my two male Ragdolls while I was away for a week! Her communication was outstanding, the best I’ve experienced so far, and she sent lots of videos and photos of the cats during each visit (twice a day). I loved seeing the videos especially because I could see their behaviors and felt connected to them, and I could see they were extremely comfortable with Melissa which eased my stress of being away from them, I was truly able to relax knowing they were in good hands. Melissa was able to administer one of the cats oral liquid medication each morning without any problems which was a huge relief as well. Lastly, I loved how personable Melissa was with our communication, I felt like I was talking to a friend when she was updating me. I will hands down be booking with Melissa again for future trips!! 😻 "

"Trish is amazing! Such a pleasure to engage with, very quick in her responses, extremely knowledgeable of cats, their care and behavior, ensuring clarity on the instructions we left, and going far beyond what is expected from a sitter.
She took care of our 2 cats for a weekend. They are both very shy from strangers and we didn't expect she would get to see them at all -likely both hiding under a bed the whole time as usual when visitors come over-, to our surprise both came out to greet her and allowed her to pet them from visit #1. A true cat-whisperer!
Knowing they might not come out she had initially suggested feeding them after taking care of the rest of the tasks we asked her for, just to make sure they would eat their food as fresh as possible. She communicated often, and on the last day checked in to make sure we were coming back as planned, just in case we needed extra help and to ensure the cats had their next meal and care.
We have had great experience with other sitters, but this level of care and love for animals is a treasure! For us it took away any bit of stress there is always there when leaving your pets, a part of the family, with a new person. There is no question we will put our cats and home on her hands next time we need support. Thanks Trish!"

"Michelle is a fantastic cat sitter. Our cat Zen is an elderly old man that takes a lot of pills and is easily stressed out. We came home to a happy boy, very well taken care of.

"Kristen looked after our two siamese cats. They're fairly fussy, and our boy is a bit skittish. However, by the second day Kristen sent us photos of him sitting on her chest looking for cuddles.
