"Rachelle is the one to book for when you’re going away, she was wonderful to deal with, she came and met the kitty’s, took note of how to take care of them, when I left she was always updating me, making sure that the cats got their playtime, their wet food, I feel so happy and secure knowing we have Rachelle to take care of our babies for our future travels. "This is the fourth time Myriam has watched our two cats and as always, we were very happy with her service. This time we were gone for almost two weeks (the longest we have been away from our cats so we were anxious). There was no need to be - Myriam took such wonderful care of the cats and sent us daily photos (she takes the best cat photos). The cats were well cared for and she takes the time to get to know their personalities and play with them. It really put our mind at ease during our vacation knowing the cats were being well taken care of. Thanks again!"

"We are very happy with Chantal as our pet sitter. It’s actually the first time I hire someone like this and I found it invaluable. She was able to play with and pet our kitties, who are very shy with strangers. She messaged me with pictures and videos every time she came and was very responsive to my inquiries as well. She helped me out with packages that needed to be brought in and with watering the plants.

"Tous c'est super bien passé. 2 semaines en mon absence et mon chat était en plaine forme à mon retour. tu as été très professionnel. tu as fait plus que ce je voulais, ton attention sur doudou m'a rassuré tout au long de mon absence. ta communication journalière était très rassurante pour moi. sur la voie que tu aimes les animaux et que tu les connais. "Olivia took care of our cat Sammy in Spring 2022. She came over for a visit beforehand, and she was very attentive and clearly cared about cats, Sammy instantly warmed up to her, which doesn't always happen! Olivia carefully noted all the information we provided about Sammy’s care and asked thoughtful questions. Unfortunately, due to a covid mess, we had to cancel our original plans and Olivia was very patient and understanding as we worked through modifying the reservation with Pawshake. We rescheduled at a later time with Olivia, and we had an amazing experience. She was very communicative, sending photos and messages at every visit. When we ran out of poop bags for the litter, she even brought over some of her own. Olivia also very kindly put out our garbage bins and brought them back in for us. We felt so reassured having her take care of Sammy while we were away, and definitely plan on continuing to work with her in the future. We would recommend Olivia to other pet parents looking for an attentive sitter! "
