"Alycia provided exceptional care for our Goldendoodle puppy. Throughout the day, her communication was proactive and consistent; she provided frequent photo and text updates that allowed us to feel entirely at ease. She demonstrated a high degree of flexibility regarding our drop-off and pick-up times, which was greatly appreciated. Beyond basic supervision, Alycia ensured our puppy was physically and mentally engaged through structured walks and play sessions. By the end of the day, it was clear our dog was both tired and content. Finding a sitter who understands the specific demands of puppy care is difficult, but Alycia’s attentiveness gave us full confidence in her abilities. We will certainly be booking with her again."

"We spent three days visiting Ottawa, and Justin took over caring for our little guy during those days. We have to say Justin was the right choice for the job. He was always kind and considerate to our dog. It's clear he loves pets and understands their emotional and physical needs. Justin really paid attention and did everything he could to make sure Nugget didn't feel lost and alone in a strange place. He was always very kind and communicative with us...every day he sent us a nice photo of how our dog was doing and told us what they had done during the day. We were very pleased with his service and highly recommend him."

"Our affectionate kitten was only six months old, but Lise made sure we didn’t feel guilty about leaving him behind over the holidays. "Billie and Alan are very accommodating, we contacted them to dog sit our senior dog for a day as we were passing by through Ottawa and wanted to do some sigh seeing.
