"Colin provided in-house dogsitting for 3 nights for our 9-year-old border collie mix Fiona while we were out of town. We were SO happy with the service Colin provided - he clearly showed how much he truly cared about Fiona's well-being by sending us many updates throughout the weekend of walks and playtime and more. "Tasia allowed our family to enjoy a relaxing family vacation. She took great care of our fur babies. Her communication was excellent and we were glad she updated us with pictures. Our dogs loved her! She is very knowledgable with dogs. Considering we had a puppy and a senior dog she made sure both of their needs were met. Overall, a wonderful experience and we hope to book with her again in the future.

"Hayley was a wonderful pet sitter for our two small dogs. We met in advance to review the pets needs and orient her to our home and review instructions for their care. This was our first big trip away in the past couple of years and we felt very comfortable with her care. Hayley communicated with us every few days with photos which was comforting. When we returned home the dogs were relaxed letting us know they were also at ease. We would definitely book with Hayley again"

"Koos is amazing, we had to be away for like 12 hours and Koos took perfect care of my 4-year-old cat and 3-month-old puppy. "Marshall house sat and looked after our 5 cats and dog for two weeks. Everyone was well cared for and the house was nice and clean when we got home! My many instructions were followed carefully and my dog even got some bonus car rides and excursions to the park. I got regular updates and photos so I didn't have to worry. Marshall loves animals and it shows! Marshall even left a puzzle bowl for my dog because he noticed she ate too fast. I will definitely have Marshall back the next time I go on vacation."

"Carla stayed at our house and looked after our cat for 8 nights while my husband and I were in Europe and she was AMAZING. This was our first time using Pawshake and I was somewhat apprehensive about the whole process, but she communicated with us on a regular basis, sent updates and pictures of our cat, and completely eliminated the stress of leaving our cat and house behind. Our house was perfectly neat and tidy when we got home and our cat didn’t even seem to have missed us. In fact, after we got home, I think he missed Carla! Carla is friendly, trustworthy, reliable and our cat loved her. We were impressed and super appreciative of the extraordinary level of service and commitment. We will absolutely continue to use Carla in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone needing a cat sitter. "It's difficult to tell where to begin with Michelle....
Kind, thoughtful, caring, flexible, open, honest, courteous are a few words that come to mind.
We were lucky enough to secure Michelle's services on a trip to BC this past week. We have always had friends or family take care of our 4 cats (two with special needs), but no one was available. We needed to find someone who was professional and comfortable taking care of our kitties. Luckily for us, Michelle was available.
From the beginning, we could tell she was great with cats. Our cats took to her right away. She came by our home twice prior to staying here, so we could ensure that she was comfortable taking care of their special needs. One of our cats requires constant blood glucose monitoring and insulin shots. Michelle stepped up to the plate, like a pro.
During our time away, she was in constant communication, sending us daily images of our kitties to know they were doing fine, and was great at asking questions when she was unsure of anything.
I can't recommend Michelle enough. We will absolutely be hiring her again on our next trip, and I recommend you do too (just not the same week as us!)"

"Five stars across the board!!
Yan was absolutely wonderful to have care for our three cats and house! She provided excellent care for the cats, was very attentive and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The numerous photos she provided gave us a good indication of how things in the house were going, along with her narrative of how the cats were interacting with each other (with the change) and how they got along with Yan.
I would definitely recommend Yan for anyone who is looking for a caring, attentive and sincere pet lover!
We will most definitely request her services again on future trips!"

The pet chores were done and our house was so clean when we returned !
The neighbour even complimented how he scooped every day !
The dogs were so happy to have a walk at a regular time, they let us know now when it is time for a stroll !
