"If you're searching for someone to care for your furry friend like family, look no further than Ashley! We entrusted our beloved Gucci to Ashley's care for nearly three weeks while we were away, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish.
Ashley went above and beyond every expectation. We received almost daily updates complete with adorable pictures and videos of Gucci enjoying herself - whether it was exploring new activities or just lounging in Ashley's fantastic backyard. Speaking of which, the ample space for exercise was a huge plus for our active pup!
Beyond the fun, Ashley made sure Gucci was pampered with baths, plenty of snuggles, and heaps of affection. When we returned, Gucci was not just happy but noticeably calm and relaxed, a testament to the exceptional care she received.
Ashley isn't just a pet sitter; she's become a second family to us and to Gucci. We can't recommend her highly enough for her dedication, warmth, and the genuine love she showed to our furry family member.
Oh, and to also mention when our flight was cancelled, Ashley was flexible in taking Gucci for an additional day with no problem! Thank you, Ashley, for everything - you're simply the best!

"This is the second time Claudia had cat sat Maximus but this time he cat boarded at her place. Claudia is exceptionally friendly and professional and knows cats very well. Her place is very friendly for cats including shy and fussy cats like my Maximus. We were given daily updates and she kept us aware of how he was settling in. Maximus settled into her place and when I came to pick him up after 5 days, he was comfortably snoozing on her bed! When we were saying bye Maximus didn’t forget to boop her too, telling us that he had a great time with her too. She is the best cat sitter we’ve ever had and I know I’ll always come to her next time we’re away! "

"We recently had the pleasure of leaving our beloved dog in the care of Harvey and Lizzy, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the experience. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure our dog felt comfortable, happy, and well-loved.
From the moment we met Harvey and Lizzy, it was clear that they have a genuine passion for animals. They took the time to get to know our dog's personality, routines, and specific needs, which instantly put us at ease. Their warm and friendly demeanor made it easy for us and our dog to feel right at home with them.
Throughout the stay, Harvey and Lizzy kept us updated with regular photos and videos, showing our dog enjoying playtime, walks, and even some cuddles. It was evident that our dog was having a fantastic time and was being showered with affection. These updates provided us with peace of mind and allowed us to enjoy our time away without any worries.
What really impressed us was the level of care and attention to detail that Harvey and Lizzy provided. They provided plenty of exercise and cuddles, even indulging our dog's love for belly rubs. Our dog was well brushed and groomed when he came home. It was clear they treated our dog as if they were their own, and we truly appreciate the love and care they provided.
When we returned, our dog was happy, healthy, and clearly well taken care of. It was evident that Harvey and Lizzy had not only met our expectations but had exceeded them in every way. "Paola is my perfect dog sitter! My dog Nana is a little pomeranian, because of her breed and personality, she is shy, sensitive, and sometimes difficult to handle. "We were very pleased with Gail's care of our cat Willow. She was very keen to get all the important information about our cat's needs and preferences before hand and communicated clearly about pick up and drop off times. She sent frequent updates with pictures and comments while we were away. We were worried about stressing our pet by being away but when we arrived back home with her she was back to her old self almost immediately. The thing we most appreciated about Gail was her familiarity with typical cat behaviour and she seemed to know all the tricks! She has a great cat tree and scratching areas for the cats. It's easy to see she loves cats and is a very caring pet sitter. We will definately be using her services again."

"My experience with Nadia was excellent and fantastic. She was calm, friendly, welcoming and accommodating as well as professional. Because my daughter's puppy has a bit of separation anxiety and was on heat. Nadia was in touch with me and kindly sent me photos of Nala while we were on vacation. It was Nala's first time being away for three days so I was afraid of her being very anxious and upset when I was picking her up from Nadia's place, instead, I saw a very calm, happy, and clean puppy when I saw her in leash with Nadia. "Laura and her partner Kevin were the loveliest of dog sitters! Our 4-year old rescue blend stayed with them for 8 happy, cozy days while Laura regularly sent updates and photos of our girl not missing us at all. Laura was a terrific, responsive communicator and a very thoughtful, flexible, and competent caregiver. I hope we have the good fortune to have her stay with them again when next we're on the road. "Rick took care of our little Italian Greyhound lady for 2 weeks. We are always a bit nervous to leave her with someone but felt reassured with Rick as he is very professional, kind and experienced. "Emily took amazing care of my cat Sam while I was abroad for close to a month. This was my first time using cat boarding services and Emily was very reassuring by inviting me to stay for an hour as we slowly introduced my cat to this new environment. Emily has a lovely place with a private room for my cat that has a large window for birdwatching, a brand new cat tree, and boxes and shelves for my cat to enjoy. Sam also had access to the rest of the apartment and spent plenty of time laying right by Emily on the couch and sleeping in the bed. It was clear from the many pictures and updates Emily shared that Sam felt very comfortable around her and enjoyed her company. As Sam has kidney disease, I also very much appreciated Emily's help with administering his oral medication on a daily basis and ensuring he was eating enough of his prescription food. I am thankful for Emily's help with taking care of Sam and would love to work with her again."

"If you are looking for someone to look after your pet with a genuine heart, Wilson and Vanesse are the ones to go to. We had peace of mind on our vacation because we knew our dearest Hunter was in good hands. "Felicity was an incredible dog sitter. She made me feel completely at ease by leaving the dog with her as she provided daily updates and photos of their adventures together.
