"Paola did an amazing job taking care of our cat, Lulu, while we were away. She was incredibly attentive, spending extra time to play with Lulu and making sure all her needs were met. Paola followed all of our instructions perfectly, left everything tidy, and even took out the trash before leaving. It was clear that she genuinely cared about Lulu, and it gave us so much peace of mind knowing she was in such capable hands. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter!"

"I was initially nervous about leaving our cats alone for an extended period, but our experience with Marco and Laura exceeded all expectations.
They took care of our cats as if they were their own, petting them, spoiling them with treats, and playing with them during each visit.
We received tons of lovely pictures, and we even got a wonderful surprise with some physical photos of our cats in our house. It was amazing to come home and find that thoughtful gift.
One of our cats is usually very shy, but she was surprisingly confident around them and even let them brush her. They also went above and beyond by helping us with an issue in our apartment, enabling us to take swift action before it got worse.
Their service is truly exceptional, and we feel confident that we've found the best cat sitters around—they are now officially our cats' godparents!"

"Cherica was a wonderful pet sitter. She took great care of my 4 cats and even got my shy cat to come out to see her and follow her! She gave me daily updates and attended to all their needs including giving them play attention and affection. I could tell from the pics and videos they were very comfortable around her and they all wanted her pets. I would absolutely hire Cherica again and I highly recommend her to others!! "Vivian was one of the best pet sitters we have ever had. We were worried at first as we have a few diverse pets in the home (parrot, fish and reptiles) and were nervous about finding a pet sitter that could handle them all, but Vivian was up to the task. She listened intently to what each pets needs were and cared for each of them perfectly. We received daily updates and our minds were so settled knowing our small companions were well taken care of. We truly felt Vivian cared for our pets and she spent time to get to know each of them and played with them each time she visited.

"Harmony redefined my expectations on cat sitters with her attention to details and loving and caring approach in looking after our cat Noiry. She was patient and gentle to Noiry at greet and meet, which showed she was experienced with cats. When we were away, she understood it was our first time leaving our cat to someone else’s care and had been actively communicating and asking clarifying questions for things we didn’t mention at greet and meet. "Zoei was a saviour to my family during the 2024 holidays. The person who was taking care of my two cats had to travel due to a family emergency and I had to find a cat sitter immediately. I’ve used PAWSHAKE a few years ago and knew there was a chance to find someone I could trust. PAWSHAKE marched my cats and location with a few sitters. Zoei got my attention for her rating, availability and also for her tracked record of responding fast to queries. On top of that she has pet Guinea pigs and I thought that she’s a person one can trust. I contacted her via the PAWSHAKE app, it all worked perfectly. Zoei responded within the hour to my ask and we arranged a quick meeting with my friend who was leaving the next day. They met and Zoei gave a great vibe and my cats liked her because she was gentle and kind. We agreed to the booking and Zoei visited twice a day during six days. Every time she would communicate with me and share photos of my kitties. I returned home to happy and well taken-care-of kitties. Zoei thank you! You are one of the best cat sitters and I recommend you very much. "

"Yasaman did a great job with my pets, plants and packages! it was a stress free week with her looking after everything. I came home to guinea pigs and my crested gecko, all looking happy (as much as a lizard can look happy :)) and her communication was great! I didn't ask for much as I was out of the country without a cell plan and she followed my instructions perfectly. I fully recommend her as a sitter for your pets!"

"We asked Bowie to drop by and take care of our cat, Tao, for two weeks while we were away. She had taken such good care of our dog previously that we felt confident that she would do a great job with our aging cat as well. With a cat his age, it is always a bit difficult to leave him alone due to uncertainty. We were not disappointed! Bowie was reliable, caring, and spent time with Tao every day. She sent us multiple pictures and updates daily, so we never had any doubt about how things were going. Thanks again Bowie!"
