"Karin took amazing care of my cats, Nix and Luna, while I was away for 3 days. From the start, she was very communicative and made me feel completely at ease.
She has such a calm and gentle presence, my cats really warmed up to her quickly, which says a lot. She spent time playing with them, spoke to them softly, and genuinely cared for them like they were her own.
She also stayed on top of everything, food, water, and litter, and even cleaned the litter box, which I really appreciated.
It was such a relief knowing they were in good hands while I was away. I would definitely trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and kind pet sitter"

When we first met her we got an excellent first impression. She is warm and friendly and was great with Max even tho he was a little stand-off-ish and a little under the weather. "Otto has babysat my cats for years, even before joining Pawshake, and it has always been a fantastic experience. He is consistently caring, compassionate, and attentive to our needs. Whenever I return from a long vacation, my cats are never stressed; it feels as though I’ve only been gone for a few hours. Instead of coming home to two anxious cats, I find a happy household with two content boys excited to see me. During my most recent two-week trip to Europe, Otto kept in touch the entire time, sending adorable photos and regular updates.

"Greg is hands down the best and most knowledgeable pet sitter we've ever had for our cats. He completely understood the medical needs of our 19 year old cat with early stage kidney failure and the various strategies to get him to finish his meds. It was immensely reassuring that he had experience with our cat's medical condition, especially because we would be away for two weeks. While caring for both of our cats, he quickly noted their different personalities and sent us updates, observations and photos which tremendously eased our worry and stress.
