"We have used PawShake for another pet sitter but they weren’t available so we had to find a new one. We were a little nervous at first, but we made the decision to try out Keyarra after our her friendly, warm and happy demeanour at the meet & greet made us feel comfortable. While we were away she provided daily care for Teddy (Cat) and Jetty (Cat), updated us with photos, shared updates and ask questions to get to know the cat’s personality an overall excellent service. We would highly recommend Keyarra."

"Elizabeth took exceptional care of our three dogs for 14 days, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we met her, she was kind, reliable, and genuinely caring. She kept us updated with regular messages and photos, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away.

"In short: Kody saved my cat's life while I was away.
I had to stay abroad to deal with a family funeral, and Kody was the sitter during that period. My cat, who is diabetic, got sick and needed urgent care. Kody took the job extremely seriously and drove my cat to the emergency room. It was revealed later on during that week that my cat suffered from pancreatitis as well, possibly due to his diabetes. Without Kody being here and taking care of my cat, I honestly do not know what would have happened. Kody still went to visit my cat at the hospital to give him company. Thank you also for asking for clarification if instructions that I left are unclear. I appreciate the fact that you don't assume, you seek understanding. This is extremely important as my one dog requires medications and a little extra care.
My dogs are very good at communicating. I can tell when they've had a positive dog sitter experience as they are totally calm when I arrive home. Every time you have cared for them this is the case. For this I am very grateful.
